I started around July 15th. So far, I've spent just shy of $250. However, I have one complete e-cig kit that works pretty good...not as good as the 510 tho, four complete 510's, two PCC's, 6 atty's four of which work tremendously well, two 50ml bottles of juice, 7 different 10ml bottles of juice (all different flavors), five packs of regular carts, two 5-packs of carto's and USB devices for recharging. One wall unit, one car unit and three different USB battery wires and a 510 PT.

I knew from the moment I tried the 14-day free trail kit that this was for me and that I would be able to stop smoking by vaping. So my wife hasn't been upset in the slightest with the money I've spent. I'm going to get one more e-cig here soon and I'm not sure which one just yet. But I need one for around the house that has a good PT and yet still works good off the battery. Not looking to mod anything yet. But I'm thinking of the EGO perhaps. Not sure which I'll get yet. Still need to do more research.

Prior to this, I was smoking 2 packs a day. It has been three days now without a regular smoke and I'm starting to cough up a bunch of crap, but my wife says I no longer make wheezing noises while sleeping. The analog's were just getting to be too much for my 41 year old, highly abused lungs. Two months ago, I had a complete check up done and the Doctor looked at me and said, "Sir, NOW is the time to stop smoking and you'll probably live to be in your 80's. Even though you've got some injuries and such going on, you're in great shape physically. But at about 45, that's when people who have been relatively healthy all their lives from exercise and outdoor living like yourself, start to take a turn down lung disease lane." For some reason, all the other warnings I had received through out my life hadn't really hit me. But that one did because at 45 was when I noticed both of my parents start having more and more lung issues. My dad died a long, slow, painful death of lung cancer and my mother died a slow, painful death of COPD and emphysema. Her's wasn't a long death. She ended up taking her own life rather than go through what my father had.

I stopped smoking 5 months ago and allow myself to spend the same amt on e-cig supplies and Mods I was spending about $300 a month on Capri's and some months I spend that and others I don't.I have no guilt for spending it like I did with cigs. If things get tight I have more than enough to last me a few months to a year and since I got my Buzz I really don't need another MOD but for some reason I still need to buy back ups or spares to turn on my smoking friends. So $1200-$1500 in 5months. Probably more as I see Buzz at Notcigs is making more temptations. lol

Frank I lost my father to emphysema as well and I so wish this was around when he was alive, he died young at 65 and the last ten years of his life was pure hell and he never did kick the habit. His brother also suffered from emphysema and ended up taking his own life because he did not want to suffer as he had watched my father. I really think it is in the genes as that entire side of the family either died from emphysema or lung cancer, hopefully I will beat that, even tho I have other health issues lung disease may not be one of them... The ego type ecigs are nice and what I use as my back up ( go out and not look like I am carrying a detonating device, but if you want one that will go from 3.7 to 6 volt variable setting the Buzz is the way to go,, you won't be disappointed. The have a forum here as well and you won't find them in the classified ads, that in itself is a good sign. I have spent a lot of money on mods that were supposed to be the next greatest thing but so far this is the ONLY one I have been 100% in love with.

Yeah, I've been looking at the Buzz from your sig in another thread. :2cool: It does look very nice and tantalizing. I'm willing to bet that at some point, I'll end up with one. Are the batteries rechargeable or do you have to replace them completely?

My dad was 61 when he died. My mother was 70 when she went. Even though it was eight years after my father had died, she remembered what it was like. I have too, which is why I've gotten on this boat pretty quick after I figured out the products were so much better than what they were a couple of years ago when I first looked into it.

It uses it's own 16340 3.7 volt batteries which are rechargeable, he sells them on his site. Some people get 6-12 hours on them, but I am lucky to get 5 with my power pacifier... So get at least two sets of batteries ( I have four sets) and his charger and the little dohicky ( voltmeter helper) that helps you to adjust the voltage. I have to admit I seldom change the voltage, it comes factory preset at 4.5 and it seems perfect for both flavor and clouds of vapor.. I can't say enough good things about it and wish it was around before I wasted a good 500 on other mods. Consider it all the mods in one you can adjust the voltage to match any mod out there.
It has no drop off like other mods do as the battery gets weaker, your first and last vape at 4.5 will be 4.5 every time til the battery goes dead.

I'm coming up on my 1st 24 hours without an analog in 25 minutes. Never did I think I could do this. Wow!

Keep up the good work. It's all about will power. After the first 4 or 5 days without analogs it gets progressively easier. I'm at about 18 days now and would never even contemplate going back to analogs. And I'm not vaping as much as I was in the beginning.
