also 2 - 5 ml per day and it depends on what i am doing, when i am in ecf :) maybe its a little more....:)

@Megamuckel if being on ecf makes you vape more, you better steer clear of watching vape-related youtube videos. Monkey See, Monkey Do -- or at least it works that way for me!

I end up filling my ego-c tank 6 or more times throughout the day.
At .8 mL's per fill that's 6.4 mL's a day.
However, I dont always wait until the tank is all the way down, which makes me think my current liquid usage is at or around 5mLs of 24mg/ml strength/day
Around 120mg(not all, however absorbed) straight into the throat.
According to wiki 30-60 mg can be fatal..
Makes you wonder...

I think that 30-60 thing is more of an all at once ingestion isn't it? Whereas you're spreading your 120mg out over say 12 - 16 hours of a "normal" day.

I personally haven't really kept track of my daily usage. I just know when I am sitting around at home I do chain vape, so I got a 12mg bottle of High Caliber's Cherry that I am really liking. And then when I am at work where I can only vape on breaks, I have a 24mg of Killa Vanilla to help me get though the day. On an 808D carto I would go though about 1.5 in a 30m break. With an ego type A tank, after one break and my commute home, I still had roughly 1/4 of a tank left.

I've pretty much decided that everyone is going to vape differently and what I do is not the same as what you do etc etc. As long as I don't feel queasy or headachy from it, then I'm just gonna keep on vaping. :)

Yes, it is an all at once dose, I just think it's funny that daily usage can be quite higher than that level, considering the speed of nicotines metabolism.

and another note on the queasy/headache from nicotine in e-liquid: a few chemicals in analogue smoke act as MAOI's which cause your lungs to put a higher concentration of nicotine in your system at once. E-liquids obvioulsy lack these chemicals.

I personally feel that I get nothing near the SAME nicotine buzz as cigarettes. It's quite different, but still enjoyable and satisfying all the same.
