When i get a headache I know I have had too much nicotine. At that point i realize is the action not the nicotine I am craving so I just put on a carto with lower nic and keep vaping.

As everyone here can tell you vaping is very subjective and finding the model/routine/nice level/juice flavor that is perfect for you can take some time and a lot of trial and error and unfortunately sometimes a lot of $$.

my advice would be:

1) up your nic level if its the nicotine you are craving (so that you vape less)

or

2) lower your nice level to 12mg or less if its the action and relaxing breathing you are craving (so you can continue to vape as much but get less nicotine)

hope this helps ;)

Hey guys. Just wondering your thoughts on this. I was a heavy smoker, 2 packs a day but now that I'm vaping it seems I'm vaping CONSTANTLY. I vape at 18 mg and I'm wondering if I can be giving myself some nicotine poisoning by vaping so much?

Thanks for any input!!!

Justine  )

I've found I need about the same amount of nicotine in a day regardless of the concentration of nicotine in the e-cig. If you are the same as me, what you are currently getting is too much PG (or VG) than you really need.

And...one of best things about ecigs is the convenience of being able to take a few puffs and be good to go for a half hour. You will love this.

Of course I'm suggesting that you up your level of nicotine concentration. That is how to get the benefits of ecigs. At two packs a day, you should be vaping no less than 24mg. Possibly even 36mg. I would recommend that high enough level where you benefit from the convenience of getting a nic fix in a very short time.

I rarely finished a real cigarette...just not enough time. With 24mg or more, there WILL be enough time.

HTH,
Dave
