Hey guys just lookin' for some opinions here. I've been thinking about my juice consumption and I'm wondering if it may be too much.

I order all of my juice at 24mg nic and I've noticed that I'm having to refill a 3.5ml tank about 2 times a day. I'll also go through about 1/4 to 1/3 of a vivi nova thats kind of "backup" flavor.

Is this too much? I'm worried that I'm getting too much nicotine but I don't notice any adverse effects or anything like that. If it helps to better illustrate how I vape, I take about a 3-6 sec drag then inhale and exhale right away. I dont make an effort to hold my vape in or take consecutive long drags. Maybe this helps, I dunno hehe.

All i can say is vaping is addictive. I know i definitely vape more than when i was on them analogs. I would say it all depends on you. We can't really tell if its too much or not hehe! But yeahhhhh 3.5ml x2 per day is a lot for me at least. The way you inhale and exhale i think doesnt make much of a difference. Meh idk hehe thats just me :)

For me i know if i am getting too much nic per day. I usually will start with a mild headache and at that point, i know i had wayyy too much and i should slow down. ;)

Cheers!

OK yeah, No headaches or anything like that. I don't feel like my heart is racing either. And you know what? I dont ever get a nic buzz. The ONLY way i can get a nic buzz if if its my 1st vape of the day, I take a big hit and wait a sec or two before the exhale.

When I was on analogs, especially in the marine corps. I went through a carton a week during my deployment to iraq. After that I was anywhere from a halfpack to 1 pack a day. I quit cold turkey almost 3 years before I started vaping. Frustrations with dealing with stupid people while working at GameStop as a manager made me want to smoke again but I knew that'd piss my wife off and I wanted something nowhere near as bad for me lol.

First off great choice on vaping instead of going back to smoking.

Unless your body is telling you with signs that you are vaping too much you should be okay. It sounds like you already know what to look for if that was the case. At this point it's up to you if you want to really step it down though.

If you do I can tell you what I am doing to cut down a bit. I just sit my PV someplace that's inconvenient for me to get to when I'm doing things. It will be in the other room while I'm watching a movie, or working on the computer. I find if I have to stop to get up and go get my PV i usually decide that it can wait for a bit. Hope this helps.

Also and I say this to any member or former member of our armed forces whenever I meet them. Thank you for your service.

Oh man I dunno if I could do that LOL. I stay at home with my kids now (all bloody 3 of em and 3 cats!) and I spend a lot of my time sat at my computer and my PV is right there lol. Also my 2 year old son thinks its the coolest thing in the world so if I leave it unattended he goes for it lol.

And thank you so much for your support! It's nice to see that theres still people out there that appreciate the US military. I've been seeing a lot of anti-military trends going on and it's kind of like a kick in the teeth. You don't have to agree with everything the gov does (i sure dont) but man at least support the guys that by law have to carry those orders out and leave their families behind on deployments. But thats another discussion. But it does mean a lot to have support from people like you.

Okay, the kid thing does make things difficult with keeping that PV out of reach, two year olds have a talent for getting exactly where you don't want um to. Not sure how to help with that one lol.

As far as the military goes. I worked most of my younger life to get into the military. I was in the Jr. ROTC and high school and the ROTC in college, was on my schools rifle team and took all the test. Then I had a medical exam that found a heart condition that was not dangerous enough to risk an operation, but just enough to keep me out of the service. It was disappointing, but I can understand that it could put others at risk and not just myself so I can't argue with it either. So I may not be able to serve, but I can damn well respect those who do.

I may not be able to agree with the government use of the military always, but it does not justify disrespecting those in the military. I'd like to see some of the people who hate our troops leave everything they know behind to put their lives on the line for others. Heh I could go on myself, but you're right that is another discussion.

I understand where you are coming from...I use cartos and tanks on a vamo with my back-up flavor being in a clearo(and I thought I was the only person that has a back-up flavor throughout he day and not just at home)....my tank is around 5ml( it's from IBTanked, not exactly 5 ml, it's 22mm XL ), but I had to have surgey so I'm not working right now so I tend to think I'm vape more than most people (paranoid and worried more like it!) My avg consumption is probably 1 tank and 1 clearo so I would say you aren't vaping but about 2ml more than me...so idk? Hard to gauge...my sister vapes a lot of 0nic stuff but wasn't a smoker so she vapes a lot too! Something to think about...
