I agree w/ everyone here and will add that this is new to you so it feels wierd and your really conscious of it. Drink tons of water (I can't emphasize enough) or you will get dehydrated and just listen to your body - it will let you know long before you hurt yourself with nicotine. Nausea, dizziness, drooling, speech impairmant - cut down and drink h2o - will flush from your system in about an hour.
After a few weeks you'll stress less and just vape when you feel like it. Changing habits is stressful and it's easy to worry about doing it "right". Let it ride and enjoy !
