So, I'm probably gonna come off as kinda dumb here, but I'll say it anyway. I've been thinking to myself ever since I got my 30ml PBC Reloaded that this seems to be lasting forever. It really seemed like I'd vaped a lot more of it than what looked to be left. Then I read this thread and it clicked. It's not the 30ml that I ordered, but I got upgraded to a 50ml and didn't even notice it!

This seemed as good a place as any to say thanks :)

I think you guys are doing a great job, and not just because I got some extra juice. The flavors are great and generally, pre-steeped to a large extent. The customer service is great. Shipping is fast. Nicoticket is getting the lion's share of my juice orders these days.

Whew! Just finished reading this entire thread. After the original jaw dropping intake of breath my mouth finally closed on about the 6th page. I can't even imagine demanding an upgrade. This forum, with Clark, Katie, Nick and Beau, is such an astounding gift in itself. (Kinda hard to type with my head shaking like this.) I've only once had a problem and got a call back in less than 5 minutes ON AN INCREDIBLY BUSY DAY. Who DOES that? As a WWII child I can remember being grateful for ketchup! And for the day my daddy came home (even though I didn't know who he was). What has become of us. As on many days I'm glad I'm old. Clark, remember when you sent me that little bottle of The Virus and I HATED it? Makes me laugh every time I look at the 100 ml in the steeper.

As a side note - the queue is almost clear - on a Monday - despite a busy weekend - no kidding. Guys are bustin' a move, bottles look good! Oh, and Beau is on the #3 spot so you can flog him if there are no Zotz (no worries, he will enjoy it).

I got my Zotz in my package Saturday (which was purple again, no?) but I'd still love to flog Beau! ;)

Clark, you folks have a great customer experience and some damn fine juice. I may be crazy but for the quality of the juice I always thought your prices were pretty good.

My last order I got some Doodle (didn't have to demand it) and I was real happy. Got my order fast and got some doodle on the side.

Don't let the distractors get you down, they are always out there. My wife and I call them the "something for nothing crowd".

Be proud man, you and the gang do a killer job and your customer service, shipping and yes zotz are a bonus.
