Clark, I would pay double for your juice--especially Wakonda--even if I never got nice notes from your staff, or signed invoices, or zotz, or the NT family, or loyalty upgrades. I order the juices because they're the greatest I've ever had, not by a little bit, by an entire dimension.Take EVERYTHING else and put it out of the equation and you've still got a customer for life in me. Put all that other stuff back in the equation and I'm just that much happier and impressed with NT as a business. And threads like this make me that much happier and impressed with you as a person.
You don't change a thing Clark - not a thing - except for the removal of "SR" by Wakonda.
