This seems like the right place to air my grievances. My band camp appears to have a hole in it, I don't understand how it's disappearing so fast. Ditto on the GCD. I am going to have a blame storming session and blame Clark.

Now. Where's my free liter of ACB I know you're holding back?!

It must be hidden somewhere beside mine and Nanny's! Wow! A liter! Now that would be a sight to see! Makes me smile just thinking of it :)

Shhhhh ....in my mind I have been dreaming that Clark is already working on more ACB .... We need to subliminally and telepathically send him messages every day ... it WILL happen. Next week CHEESECAKE and the week after that -- BOOM -- ACB. And he won't even know why he did it!

We are paying for goods and a service. Your juice is amazing and your staffs customer service is miles ahead of above average. Keep up the great work!

I am upset that you didn't put spoiler alert...as I didn't know you had loyalty upgrades:) , but it doesn't surprise me as my experience with Nicoticket is unlike anything I have ever seen. I am new, but certain that I do not need to look elsewhere as it would be a disappointment as I would compare them to your company.

Clark, I guess there's no way to avoid the occasional self-entitled individual who thinks the world owes them everything they want. Probably didn't hear the word "No" often enough as a child.

Personally, I've never been anything less than 100% satisfied with every aspect of NT. Highest quality juices at fair prices, the best customer service in the industry and the family environment. Every bottle I've ever received has been overfilled and I can't count the number of times I've received 'beta' juices to try out, size upgrades, etc. Not to mention the fact that every order has been filled and shipped almost immediately and included a handwritten note. The first NT order I placed was #303, in July of 2013, and since then I've bought nothing but Nicoticket juice...no sense wasting my money playing 'hit and miss' with other vendors when I know where the good stuff is! :)

Keep doing what you're doing - you, Katy, Beau and Nick are knocking it out of the park every time you step up to the plate!

Let my join the choir is singing your praises Clark and Co. Your juice rocks, your customer service is so far above and beyond that I've never seen anything like it, and thus you earn your cape on a daily basis.

And yes, I read the little notes on the invoice. I usually don't even look at my invoices most of the time, but after finding that first one I always check to see who wrote it "this time." And I carry your business cards around with me for just in case.

Clark, I would pay double for your juice--especially Wakonda--even if I never got nice notes from your staff, or signed invoices, or zotz, or the NT family, or loyalty upgrades. I order the juices because they're the greatest I've ever had, not by a little bit, by an entire dimension.Take EVERYTHING else and put it out of the equation and you've still got a customer for life in me. Put all that other stuff back in the equation and I'm just that much happier and impressed with NT as a business. And threads like this make me that much happier and impressed with you as a person.

You don't change a thing Clark - not a thing - except for the removal of "SR" by Wakonda. :lol:

And thank you for the loyalty bottles I've received, for the overfilled bottles, for the zotz, for the kindness and personal caring - I do NOT expect these things, and WILL not, but I notice them every time and smile and please know that I am appreciative :)

Most of all, thank you for creating these juices and literally changing my life, and helping me to live a healthier and happier one.

Now, if you'll excuse the sloth - I must go vape some BP and CLS and go to bed, I slothered across many a mountain today...

I have never felt that I was owed more that what I purchased. The fact the my 50ml bottles are more like 55ml maybe more, never actually tried refilling an empty to see where it "should" be filled to, I consider a major perk. The fact that we can receive our orders generally in 2 days from time of order..hey another perk. The personal messages...hey you mean someone actually read my order...I am not just a customer number in the system...and you care about me...Awesomesauce!!

The fact that Clark (and now Beau and Nick) actually pays attention to the forums and responds to the posts...Amazing! Where else can you post praise and criticisms about a product, and have the owner personally respond to them and explain why something is the way it is or why they do it this way or that way...i would wager a guess as no where. That is why I am glad to have found Nicoticket early enough to save me :D

Finally read this whole thread, whew! I have never ordered anything online (work at a local B&M for a little over a month and still working my way through the house and premium juice we sell) but I will definitely be placing an order very soon, based on the positive vibes of this thread! I also have been wanting to try these mythical zotz I hear about all over the forum, so will continue to place orders until I receive them!

I sip my juices and a lil strapped for cash (borrowing a friend:co-workers mech and looking to buy a ehpro clone of the black stingray that we sell) so I ordered 30ml grape ape (none of our grape flavors we sell smell sweet so I am stoked to try) and 15 ml coolcucumber. Hopefully I get some zotz because everyone raves about them [emoji4]

First I'm so sorry you had a customer treat you so poorly. If I wasn't so used to seeing entitlement all around me all of the time I'd be surprised. But still sorry.

I'm thinking I've found home here, where else do people know the names of who makes and packs your juice and the loyalty doesn't sound all fangirl/boy to me, it just seems genuine. I'll take that every day of the week.

I had NO idea there was any sort of loyalty surprises and while I think that's really cool that really isn't the draw. My BIGGEST problem is deciding which to try first!

I also can't be the only one who popped over to Amazon to get some Zotz LOL.

SR= short run, meaning when it's gone we have to beg and cry for it to be brought back...maybe.....

SR is 'short run' meaning when they run out, they may or may not reappear at some later date. The others are (hopefully) keepers - nice to see you too, and hope you enjoy what you choose ...they're all very good! :)

SR is Short Run - only around for a bit, not part of the regular line up.
