Newbie here.

First I'm so sorry you had a customer treat you so poorly. If I wasn't so used to seeing entitlement all around me all of the time I'd be surprised. But still sorry.

I'm thinking I've found home here, where else do people know the names of who makes and packs your juice and the loyalty doesn't sound all fangirl/boy to me, it just seems genuine. I'll take that every day of the week.

I had NO idea there was any sort of loyalty surprises and while I think that's really cool that really isn't the draw. My BIGGEST problem is deciding which to try first!

I also can't be the only one who popped over to Amazon to get some Zotz LOL.

yes, you are totally the only one

I never even knew you threw in samples till I read some of the comments on your site under my account. I thought, wow that is great, something ive never tried before and they were nice enough to throw it in for free. I dont get where this expectation thing came from. It was my choice to choose your company, and it was my choice to give you my money. The only thing I expect is what I paid for, and thats obvious, but this whole entitlement thing is a bit much. If I spent every day of my life expecting things id be a bit disappointed lol. I feel like what you and your company does exceeds my expectations by far, im a happy customer and I know im not the only one so that tells you something. But there will always be that one that has to try and upset things. I say good job to you and keep doing what you do!

Welcome to all the new names -- you've chosen great juice!!! Don't be afraid to give The Virus or Wakonda a try due to the "tobacco"-- they are fabulous, and probably not what you are thinking they are like at all. Peanut Butter Cookie is GREAT -- who doesn't love that??? Order some next time, and take a moment to memorize your credit card number - it comes in handy on Tuesday mornings when the new flavors are released.
The Nicoticket family is GROWING by leaps and bounds! So happy to see so many new peeps getting in on the good stuff. :toast:

I have been a NT customer since the company started (9th order ever filled by NT) and I will say that every order has a freebie or reward -- check your bottles if you do not think thid is happening - 30ml orders with 34-35 ml in them - 50ml bottles with 56-57 mls in them. Rewards - great customer service, quality product and when you order you are made part of the family - granted some of use have been family members longer than others NT is the best and for the rest "Stop Begging"

Speaking of upgrades, is there some way we could specify that if and when we are due for one it gets donated to a deployed service member instead?

Of course! It's your upgrade to do with what you want... just be sure to mark in the notes on your order that if you are due for an upgrade to please gift it to a deployed service member. I just love your generosity Fraychek! It seems to run rampant within the Nicoticket family. (((((hugs to all!)))))

I like this! I will do that with next week's order then! Not sure when my upgrade is due since I always get overfilled bottles and to me that is the upgrade! ;)

For some reason that no one has explained to me, I've managed to attract and retain the most rabid, loyal, passionate, down-to-earth group of people whom, despite being as diverse as any group I have ever met - generally manage to get along with virtually no drama... unless I discontinue an SR, in which case they form a union, or go on the warpath, or - yea. LMAO Even that is generally in fun and jest, unless your Nanny - she extorts people for PBC. HAHA

So, Clark... how do you think that went? You vent a little about an ingrate customer, and within a day you get 17 pages of "we got your back". I would call that some pretty good reassurance that you're on the right track!

Y'all kick ash. <3  my fambam

Silly man, haven't all the thousands of posts about how much we love the juice, and service, and the family given you a clue about why we stick around? Stop with the humility already! You know why we love you!

Funny how one small turd floating in the Nicoticket punch bowl can spark up a 19 page and growing thread but it just solidifies the solidarity within the family.

Explanation? You, Katy and crew not only produce the most excellent of products with pride and passion but, also provide a very welcoming and friendly environment with some of the best customer (family) support in the world today. You are simply getting back what you put out my brother......In spades! ;)

Absolutely! We are always taking donations for deployed service members!! We generally put the donations in an APO/FPO/DPO shipment with a note indicated that the extra bottle was donated by a member of the NT fam!~
