How often do you change your (cotton) wicks?

I'm just wondering because for me, and I'm using cotton, I have to change out the wick basically daily. I'm not sure if it's the juice I'm using or the fact that it's between 70/30 & 80/20 vg/pg. But anyways how often do you guys change your wicks?

I am using a .8Ω micro-coil in a ProTankII and I usually get 3-4 days out of mine.

I use cotton in micro coils in RDAs. Mine last about a week. I used to have to change them daily, but then I started using less cotton and now I can take out the wick, dry burn the coil and put the wick back. My juice is 70% VG.

I change out the cotton wick about once a week or whenever I want to change flavors. From RDAs running .5 ohm up to Kayfuns running 1.5ohms.

With me after about a day my wick is all black and disgusting looking. I'm just trying to figure out why it gets like that so fast. Also when it gets like that, usually by the end of the day, the flavor is muted and sometimes nasty.

most i'll go is about 3 days in an aqua (about 5-7 mL)

a kayfun or taifun is every other day

as soon as I can tell my vape is declining i'll change it out

I change mine (Reomizer 2) pretty much every day when I vape darker or sweeter juices. It's probably overkill, but I love the crackle of a clean coil and the taste of a new wick. So that's about 5ml on average. It takes me less than a minute to do and I figure it's not really a bother so why not.

If I am vaping a clear juice, I still do it every day, but I notice the wicks are almost like new when I change them out.

For me in my RDAs I change the wick every time I change flavors or at least once a week, sometimes every day or two. Don't recoil unless I need to but at the outside I'd say that's every few weeks. I run my tanks as long as I can until I need to recoil and rewick but I haven't started using cotton in those yet, going to give that a try this weekend.

I change it when it starts tasting murky or burnt, usually a couple to 3 days. Most of my liquids are pretty sweet, though, and the wick is nearly black by then. I keep a bunch of heads built, so when I'm in a hurry, I just change out the whole thing since I'm only using a Protank. Not quite as quick to swap out the wick on those as an RDA.

Anywhere from 2 to 4 days. When the taste starts muting.

You can either suck it out with a syringe... or the more elaborate but still easy way. Remove driptip. Hold upside down over a bottle or such. Unscrew the base. The liquids should come pouring out the drip tip hole.

Edit: oh wait... you may be talking about the non-Lite. I'm thinking of the Kayfun Lite. If so... no idea.

I change my Cotton/Coil Daily, not that my wick and coil are "Burnt Out", They still function, but the Vapor production and Flavor are reduced dramatically after the first 24 hours of chain vaping.

I figure why not, it only takes me about 2-5 minutes to build and install a coil and cotton.

BTW I run Dual .35 Ohm Micro coils
