I have been vaping for 6 months. First 2 weeks was vaping like mad. But thereafter, starts to cut down. Was using 20/80 mix and Moncha flavour. Till now, have left analog for 6 months and dun feel the urge for it. Digital usage wise, maybe 5 minutes per night. Vaping does help me to quit analog and definitely more cost saving. :)

I was a 2.5 pack per day smoker. I vape constantly and haven't had what I would call a legitimate craving since starting. I smoked for almost 30 years. Picked up a little metro kit from a local smoke shop and stopped smoking analogues two days later. A week after that I had my first Ego battery with a Kangar t2 and some peach e-juice. I knew then I'd never touch another death nail.

Before I quit I couldn't even go to my mailbox without getting winded. I walk every day now. I'm up to 5 miles now just over a month after quitting. This "hobby" people keep talking about is a miracle for me. I would have been dead in a decade at the pace I was going on the analogues, there is no doubt in my mind.

I vape continuously when I am not paying attention to the fact. I do try to moderate myself, just personal preference really. Haven't craved an analogue in ages, but I still get nic cravings daily -- I try to maintain this just so I know I'm pacing myself, and tbh it's more satisfying when I have a craving.

I was a pack and a half smoker for 23 years. But even then, I smoked around certain routines. I'd smoke more during leisure time than during activities or work, for example. I find that I tend to vape along the same lines. At work, even though I COULD vape on the job, I don't. I step outside just like when I used to smoke. It's part of my routine (and it gets me away and into fresh air for a few moments). At home, I seldom don't have one of my setups in my hand.

All told, I go through 2 mls a day on work days, and probably 3+ a day on off days.

I do vape less while driving than I used to smoke. Probably because I can't let an ecig dangle from my lips like an analog.

I started vaping because my wife did. I was not a smoker because I could never stand the taste of analogs. I enjoy the flavor varieties and the relaxation it gives me which is what so many others got from smoking analogs. I started out with zero nicotine and actually like a throat hit so I have gone up to around a 6 or 8 if I want to do a continuous vape while watching TV. If I go heavier for the time I am at work I just take a few drags and I am good for quite some time but go with a 12 or 15 mg level. I have other motives for starting to vape but can't say at this time. But I totally know why people are so happy about finding this wonderful opportunity of a healthy alternative to smoking analogs.
