Just curious to see what everybody's answers are. I vape 10mg for about 5-10 minutes straight about every half hour to an hour. I kinda find this strange cause when I used to smoke cigarettes I'd only smoke about half a cig and could go for nearly 2 hours without smoking the other half. So do you guys think that maybe my nic might be a bit too low or something? Cause I've tried 12 and its always given me a headache for some reason. Idk I just want your guy's opinion on this.

The difference with vaping compared to smoking for me is I can't hang my MOD's out of my mouth like I did with cigarettes. I vape continuously when I can but when I can't I don't and unlike cigarettes I can go without. I would rather not but a heck of a lot easier to go without vaping.

Pretty much like everyone else has said. If I'm somewhere I can vape, I chain vape. If I'm somewhere I can't then I can go hours, without jonesing. It's just so darn pleasurable and so much fun, unlike smoking which was a burden. It's also perfectly ok to have different nic levels in different devices to satisfy as needed.

Same as most here. When I'm out or at work, I can go hours without vaping and not even think about it. But when I'm at home, like on a Saturday evening, with a drink in my hand, I chain vape. But when I'm at home but busy with something, I can go without vaping and not be bothered by it.

I vape little at work or when busy around the house, driving or relaxing at home I basically chain vape. Ex-chewer versus smoker, I do use organic smokeless replacement when not vaping for the lip feel, which is a bigger issue for me not using tobacco than the nicotine itself (I think). Doing 5-10ml/day of 6mg/4.5mg/3mg depending on which juice and daily activity level.

My vape is pretty much attached to my hand if that's any indication of how often I vape. :)

Yeah mine is attached to my hand also but holding it in my mouth hitting the fire button at the same time.....

I mostly vape all day. If I'm not busy, I vape pretty much continuously. If I get busy with a project, I don't think about it and only vape when I'm done or when I rest.

I had back surgery a couple of months ago. In preparation for that, I reduced my nic level down to zero about 3 days before surgery. Spent overnight in the hospital and went home the next afternoon. I was ready for a vape after the whole thing was over, but I didn't think about it while I was caught up in the surgery/recovery ordeal.

It's all good.

I have cut my Nic down to minimal. But, I use it for the occasional reminder to take a break. If I am busy, I am busy. Sitting in the house I vape more. And when I drive.

I made a bunch of juice today that took about 3 hours for the whole process. I didn't think to vape. Strange, but I was busy.

I have noticed that reading in bed gets me vaping a lot. Maybe it is just my relax time, like sitting on the porch.
