You can't compare the two. When I was a cig smoker the addiction had so many rituals. One when first wake up, one when right out the door, after meals and so on. vaping got me off cigs. vaping is different. When I want a vape, i'll take one. If I left the home to go to the store without my ecig I don't feel like its a bummer. Leaving my cigs at home when going up to the store on the other hand would of had me in a bummed out mood until I got home. Cigs and its addiction suck major ....

Not as bad by a longshot This is after 5months analog free and basicly chain vaping at 24mg. I have often wondered about how my serum lvls for Nic. would be presently verses when I did smoke a pack a day. At any rate I have found that times I have been unable to vape vs when I was unable to smoke to be much less agonizing. Case and point yesterday my passthrough I use at work craped out the first hour of my shift. After the initial panic the next 8 hours were not so bad at all. I was even offfered an aanalog but my commitment to not smoking easily fought off my adiction to Nic. In the past if I had run out of squares I would have been climbing the walls. I have no doubt it has everything to do with the long list of other chemicals in those analogs engenered to augment the adictive properties to Nic. Smoking kills! Choosing vapor was on of the best decisions I have ever made.

I vape like a fiend.... but at the same time it isn't like it was with cigarettes. I'll pick up the PV and have a few drags, set it down and come back to it. Where as with a cigarette I would finish the whole thing.

Also other difference is I tend to mix my nicotine levels. I think it has less to do with wanting nicotine and more to do with just wanting a flavor. Like popping a lifesaver candy or chewing a piece of gum.

When I can't vape it isn't like how I was when I couldn't grab a smoke. Don't get that antsy feeling of needing it.
