How often do you vape?

All the time. Sometimes. Continuously. A little.
That's the glorious thing about vaping, I can pick it up, take two rips and then put it down till whenever. Hard to do that with a burning cigarette. You can get as much or little as you want or need.

During a normal work day when I'm out running around with my little Baby Beast on a Tarot Nano, I only vape about 3ml's.

After 6pm when I get home for the night, I switch to my Limitless RTA on a Therion dna 133 and proceed to blow through 8-10ml's or so before bed. During this time I probably vape 3-5 big puffs every 30 minutes or so.
