How often should you clean threads with isopropyl & apply Noalox/Ox-Gard?

I clean with alcohol weekly. I reapply noalax monthly.

I was a little lax with cleaning--and my batteries started going out really fast.
Gave every one a good cleaning, and magic--battery life doubled. So now I am cleaning at least once every 8 to 10 days!

is there a difference in what you should be using on certain materials?

For instance what should you be using with a SS mod?

What should you use for a brass mod?

and so on? anyone know? or is there no difference.

I cleaned the 510 Threads and Center Post more than I clean the End Cap Threads.

I assume not noalax. That stuff shouldn't go near your atomizers.

Correct.. I also wash my hands well after using the stuff, even if I don't see any on them..


Isopropyl on the 510 is fine, as long as it dries fully (which doesn't take long) prior to throwing on the topper...
