If you are talking rebuildables I change my cotton once a week (unless it needs it more often) and my coils once a month (unless I want a different build).

However, I have many different setups so it's not like I'm vaping on just one or two a day.

I change the wick with every tank fill ... I change the coil every 2-3 weeks

I rebuild the coils for my Protanks, change the cotton twice a week and the coil itself every other week or so.

I keep the same coils for months at a time. For tanks I dry burn and replace the wicks every tank full. For other atomizers (drippers, Spheroids, etc.) I dry burn and change the wick once a week.

Every Sunday is cotton day for the RTA's and gennies; unless one is giving me "the taste" ahead of time. Coils every 7-14 days.
The mesh gennies not so often .. which is why they rock! Every day is a an RDA build day though. Can't get enough of trying coils.
It all gets logged in a notebook. Always putting the project management skills to work.
