That is what it took to get my mom off cigs when she was vaping. We do not absorb as much nicotine from vaping as we do from cigs. There is updated info here on the forum about the higher mgs and vaping it. Njoy disposables come in 56 mg but, very little nic is absorbed from a small cig alike disposable.

It depends on why you are "always vaping away"........could be a habit thing, like a pacifier......in which case upping nic won't do anything as it is behavioral not chemical ?

Try it and see what happens.

Were you a chain smoker before you started vaping?

I think vaping anything 18mg and over is absurd. Vaping 12mg give me the chills and makes me feel really spacey. I could only imagine 48mg.

Your metabolism is unique to YOU.

Remember when giving advice that we are customizing it for the person asking, i.e. solve a problem specific to them.... thereby trying to help them....... not judge them. ;)

I was a PAD smoker when I started vaping, yet couldn't "handle" 18mg or even 16mg that was suggested to me.........other people *need* 24mg or more and still vape high nic even after months and years.

New I wasn't that much of a chain smoker maybe a pack and a half a day at the most I just don't think I'm getting enough nic to satisfy me

Yea I'll be buying a ijoy 1300mah vv with a protank 2 or Aspire ET BDC with BVC coils on the 4th

A word of advice, if you go with the ProTank 2 grab and Aerotank Airflow base with it. The design of the base with the PT2 sucks but when you add the Aerobase it works pretty great IMHO. They cost like 3 bucks online.

This. I've been vaping for a year and a half now, with spells of relapse, and have gone from 24mg (where I started) up to 36mg and now drip with 4-8mg. What has not changed is the amount I vape. If it is convineint (and often when it really isn't) I have my ecig in my hand, puffing away.

A good way to tell if you're actually getting enough nicotine or not would be to see if you can set down your ecig and go off and do a task or activity in the same amount of time you would normally wait inbetween cigarettes. I still chain vape for the most part, but I can set it down and ignore it for 2 hours without any real discomfort or change, and 4 or 5 without getting irritated or starting to go into mild nic withdrawal.
