How tightly do you screw on your cartomizers?

seizing just means you thread it on so tight that you physically cannot remove it without the use of a tool or lubricant or something of that nature.

it's a common problem with say, automotive bolts or nuts or something of that nature, but is very plausible for anything involving threads. just don't thread them on too tight and you'll be fine. thread it on till you can feel it "stop", after that point you would have to use a good amount of force to continue threading and that's when you run into territory that you could possible force it to "lock" or "seize".

The holes don't have to line up, but there are variations in all the KR808D-1 products from different manufacturers. All you have to do is screw it in until it is snug. If you are not getting good vapor, it could be several things:
* Weak battery - some batteries, especially the short ones, loose their ability to hold a charge.
* Dirty battery - try using an old tooth brush to clean out the contacts and air holes. No alcohol needed.
Let us know what you find out.
