Kaan - Google Aussie Vapers. Its a forum full of Australian Vapers. If you are completely new to
vaping then maybe slow down and start simple.
If you want to stay under budget, have 15 watts on your device, and money left for toppers and
ejuice then this:
Innokin MVP v2.0 VV/VW Box Mod | VapeKing
You don't need to buy batteries or a charger - the battery is built in. The kit comes with a topper (clearomizer) to try out. Lots of people use these - they are good devices. I think maybe you should start with something like this until you know a bit more.
Here's a simple mod (what you call a "pen" I think):
Innokin iTaste SVD Mod
If you are going to buy it, on the options on the left check the battery option Efest 18650, check the same for for spare battery, and check the first option for the charger. Total for kit is $118.80
It goes to 15w.
As for a list:
A mod
2x 18650 IMR batteries - either AW IMR or EFest IMR.
A charger - Nitecore, Pila or Xtar are good chargers.
Toppers - example - Innokin iClear 16 Clearomizer, Evod
Ejuice - buy small sample bottles at first to try different flavours.
