Depending on the size of your mod, Provape carries a belt loop nylon holster for around 10 bucks. I ordered one for myself since summer is right around the corner and I had the same concern. There are 2 other cases for really decent prices from them as well. I don't own those since I found a pocket cigar humidor that perfectly fits my mod and was using that long before I discovered Provape.
Clever idea with the Altoids Tin.

Ran over there to check it out, bugger it all, Provape doesn't make one for the Provari only the Provape-1.

I think given how people get similarly weird on their 'torches' I'm sure there is a perfect flashlight holder out there I just need to mark down some rough dimensions of the Vari + AGA & drip tip. I've found a few that'll carry just the mod body, but that seems pointless.

These cases are useful to carry a couple of juice delivery devices or extra replaceable batteries. I have fit a couple of ce4 clearomizers, 3-4 Nano clearomizers, or a couple of the slimmer cartotanks (ie. 19mm diameter IBTanks) in these. There is enough thickness to the case to protect fragile devices from accidental drops. Includes a carabiner to attach to a belt loop or a key chain.

The hard shell case they carry has a short string with a clip on it. Kinda bulky but it fits a Provari V2 perfectly with tank and drip tip still attached. Room for a battery and juice on the other side as well. May be a bit bulky for summer. Friend at work has one and he dropped it down the stairs. broke a chunk off the case but it did it's job and the stuff inside was protected. Its supposed to float as well I hear.
As for the nylon case if it fits the Provape 1 won't it fit a Provari V2? I've never seen a Provape 1 but from videos online it doesn't look much smaller than a V2. Hard to tell from videos though. Anyone out there know for sure?

The above pic shows a Provari next to a Provape 1; the Provari is wider in diameter. I don't know if the nylon case will fit. The pic will enlarge if you click on it, if that helps.

If you want to get real serious I'd pick up an inside the waistband holster for your PV. Makes for great deep concealment but a lightning quick draw incase you get the urge to vape imediatly on the spot. My draw has been clocked at under half a second. It takes practice to draw a provari from deep concealment and get it to your mouth in under half second. Steel drip tips are a no no. Practice practice practice.
