So, do any of you brave souls want to take a hit for the Go-go team?

Would this method work for filling a new Go-go cart?
I'm not sure that it would work with a center tube or perhaps it'd pull the coil out of place (or whatever the gismo is called that apparently will come loose easily).:?:

I believe this would work, these carto's are built like the smaller 808 bottom coil cartos. I dont have any good glue to make the fillinator, but as soon as I can get some glue, or a medicine bottle adapter for the syringe, I will give it a go-go... :)

Ugh. That "fillinator" is more trouble than it's worth. Glue and ejuice? No thanks.

Look a few posts back at my post on the "q-tip" filling method. Easiest best way to fill ever.

I'm looking for a faster way to fill a new cart so as soon as I can get the right syringe I might try the Cartomizerfillinator. A little less force might be in order though.
I don't think the tiny bit of glue will be an issue once it's dried well.

Edit: Sure won't work with my little 3ML syringe. The Go-go's big rubber cap is way too big to get a good seal.

Hey there, folks - I'm the Cartomizerfillinator guy. :)

Seems some other folks with Go-Go's are wondering if this method would work for Go-Go cartos, but I don't have any Go-Go gear to work with. All I think I'd really need is a Go-Go cartomizer or two to see if any of the various syringe sizes I have will work.

So... Is there any chance one of you might have a dead Go-Go cartomizer or two (with maybe 6 or 8 spare end caps) that you wouldn't mind mailing to me for the cause? If so, please PM me and we'll hash out the details.

If I can make it work, you'll be the first to receive your very own custom-made Cartomizerfillinator A-Go-Go. ;)

Thanks!

Vapian,
My syringe order came in today and I think the 6ML size might work. Now I need to find my sharp blade and glue. If I fail, I'll send you something to work with. It will probably take me a few days to get time to try it out though.

Sorry about the duplicate post!

While I'm 'editing' ... NO fireworks tonight in the neighborhood! I gotta get some sleep.

I'm willing to test just about anything as long as I have the gear in hand. Since I have neither iGo or Go-Go at the moment that would be difficult, though.

Someone in the other thread has volunteered to send a couple of dead Go-Go cartos and end caps but not sure when they will be sent. With that I should at least be able to determine whether the carto and some size of syringe would be able to be mated for filling/flushing. After that, someone else will have to determine "Does it vape?" :)

If you'd like an Echo-e to try (works on eGo and Riva batteries), I will send you one, just PM me your address. It's not dead, but it could benefit from this cleaning method (I am too lazy).

Let me take a look around - I had some Echo-E cartos at some point but four out of my five were duds so I gave up on them. Might have kept one around... As I recall they are roughly eGo Type-A shaped conical cartos, little smaller opening at the top. Potentially tricky shape. Since I'm still doing discovery and refining both the Cartomizer- and Bottle-Fillinator ideas, I'll hold off on digging into the Echo-E and eGo Mega Cartos for now, but will try to get back to them later.

As for the Go-Go, I did receive a carto and did a preliminary test that worked, but the tricky part is that the end caps aren't very long and aren't as snug as I'd like. Also haven't found a local tubing source that I like for this. A sample of some tubing should come in this week that I'm hoping will work with a little modification to the build procedure. Will definitely post results in the other thread, and/or here if you guys are interested and don't mind.

Thanks for sending along the Echo-E carto! I've been able to test-fit a couple of ideas today -- one of them involving a rubber tube and flange fitting from a defunct "sippy-cup" of all things -- and hope to be able to actually do a test clean soon. When I do I'll do a mini-update video over in the Cartomizerfillinator thread and if I can turn into something that seems reliable, send one to you for field-testing and feedback. :)

Thanks again!

For those who may be interested, here's a video with the solution I've kind of settled on for the Echo-E Cartomizer, at least for cleaning... and it should work well for the Go-Go cartomizer for both cleaning and filling. NicLiq, I hope to have your "kit" out to you sometime this week, looking forward to getting some real-world feedback on this!
