How can i contact a mod as a Newbie?

Because i got this Message;
Profile Infraction Reason: Multiple Identity:
This appears to be a secondary identity of an existing username.
ECF rules make it clear that each member is permitted one account only.
This account is now closed.


I can understand this with the double Account
but i do not understand why this Account still works?

I want to keep this one because the first Avatar i created was misspelled

I think this post will probably do it. Just so you know, you can contact them via PM after you get the post count required and request a change I think. Just have to deal with a misspell for a little bit.
