kamaflo,

According to this Video...

it looks like this is all you need to do...

Just a small piece of Silicon Tubing that will fit into your juice Bottle, and fit the Bogger BF Shaft.

Of course, you'll want the Silicon Tube to be long enough to reach to the bottom of the Bottle.

That is, unless you don't already have the mod. If you're trying to manufacture the 510 connector, then I don't know for certain. You could probably use a 510 connector with a Center Hole, solder a metal tube shaft to the (+) post, and then fit the Silicon Tube onto that.

This is the inside of the connector. Your Box might be too tight.

Hope this helps. :toast:

Kamaflo I'm confused as well...are you trying to make a 510 connector and a BF system from scratch?

If you're trying to just gather parts...

large hole connector from mad vapes: https://www.madvapes.com/catalogsearch/result/?order=relevance&dir=desc&q=large+hole+connector

14 gauge syringe needle, cut to size

juice bottle, with the nozzle widened out

tubing: 1 16" I D Silicone Tubing Temperature Rated to 500F | eBay

I've used the 14 gauge needles and had to dremel out the hole in the large hole connector some, after which you can can force fit the syringe tube. I'm sure 15 gauge would work as well.

You'll also need some kind of drip well..i'll be back later

You're wonderfull !!!!
100 % VG, it's seems like the RSM and i had this idea... The problem is to find the tube... In France we have 1,5 mm or 2 mm (i don't know what it means in inch) 1,5 mm is to small for the 510, i have to weld parts and i'm not sure that is enough for juice.... The 2 is to large, so i must file parts.....

Cyrus, My connecteurs come from madvapes :)
Tubing, no problem :)
But 14 gauge syringe ... I'll gone to see what is means in France.... Those sell in pharmacy are so little...

Arffffffffffffffffff

kamaflo,

To convert mm to inches, divide mm by 25.4. To convert inches to mm, multiply inches by 25.4. This is an exact number (25.4) - not rounded off.

Therefore, the 14 Gauge Needle, is 0.083 inches (according to the chart asdaq gave you), and multiplying by 25.4 = 2.108mm.

If your 2mm Needle is too big, then maybe take a 2mm Drill Bit and make the hole a little bigger, unless you can file the Needle enough to make it fit (probably best!!!). If you have a Dremel Tool, you could put the Needle in the chuck, and spin it on your File. Guess you could do the same thing with a Drill.

You should then be able to Solder it, instead of Welding. A 35 Watt Soldering Iron should be good, with only a little Solder - don't need a big Bead.

1/16 inch ID (Inside Diameter) Tubing is 0.0625 inches, and would be 1.5875mm. That's probably OK for a 2mm Needle, but if it's too tight on the Needle, or doesn't feed well, then go for 2mm ID Tubing. However, since Cyrus recommend the 1/16, then that would probably be best.

Hope this helps,
