@harmanim If your PV is like my Itaste MVP, the counter only resets when I turn it off and back on. Are you turning yours off each night? I haven't dealt with any of the most recent PV's that seem to have a computer chip in them so don't know exactly what you have to do to use them.

You're welcome. The only time I turn my pv's off is when charging them or if I put them in my purse. I am thinking most of the chips will reset the counter each time they are turned off so the only way to prevent it is not to turn it off if you don't want the counter to reset.

I have mine set to "never" and have paid attention that replacing the batteries or powering it off have no effect. I'm thinking it's because I set the clock.

From what I can tell, it resets daily at 12 Noon. Annoying and would like it not to do that.
Going to see if there is a way to turn "off" the clock or reset it and see if that makes a difference.

Interesting that when Googling the issue this is the only hit I can find on the subject and it seems there is no clear cut answer, and apparently annoys only a few of us :)

I didn't know it had a built in clock.
3 clicks to get to the menu, Option 3 "Setting", then Option E "Time"

Just went in there is no way to "clear" the clock, so I may have set all this in motion by setting the clock, as I can't recall if it was already "running" when I was first playing with the device when new, but I definitely set it to the correct date and time.

That's the only thing I can think that is resetting the puff counter on a daily basis, as within the puff counter settings it is set to never reset, and no puff limit.

Huh. I have an alien and just checked that out, No Time thing in my menu. Which is OK as I ignore the puff count anyway on all my mods.

Yeah, the Alien doesn't have it (I have one of them as well). This is about the H-Priv.

I like the puff counter for testing - i.e. how many puffs for a full tank with different coils, puffs per full battery charge just as a general guide, but don't track my puffs on a daily basis or anything like that.

Hopefully resurrecting this post, somebody will chime in and have some knowledge.
