I was Christmas shopping in the mall and the guy approached me from a kiosk. I tried it and knew I could find a better deal or option on the internet so I went home, found ECF on the web, read for 2 mo. then bought one. I tried it and hated it but with some help from the members on the proper way to use one I am now over 2 yrs. smoke free. That is something I figured was impossible. Thank You ECF Members.

I had been trying to fight my nicotine addiction with other products, but nothing worked. My kids were begging me to stop smoking, so I googled a little and came across with finnish vaping forum. I read it and got interested. First I thought it was too expensive, since the kits costs so much. I took a thinking brake and let the thought simmer. Finally I decided to give it a try. One and a half months ago I ordered one eGo kit from China and one 510 starter kit from England. My hubby wanted to switch right away, so I gave him the 510. Two weeks ago my eGo finally made it´s way to me and I´ve been vaping since.

One of my old school mates said on Facebook he was getting Blu to stop smoking. We saw Volcano at the mall and stopped and checked it out after I mentioned Blu. Bf asked his mom for e-cig for his birthday so I could try it (he had switched to snuff for a couple of months before that). She got him IncrediSmoke which exacerbated my asthma/allergy (only need my inhaler for perfume, but I needed it with this crap) so I was still smoking. Went back to the mall, got the Magma, and haven't touched a cigarette since. I upgraded to the Inferno and gave bf my magma starter kit. He still uses the IncrediSmoke batteries, though. Plus, he's not using snuff, so we're both happy campers.

Smoker for around 16 years and came across some ads ... Was searching actually for something to get rid of the coughing in the morning . I said, let's give this a try, started with a 510-t from joye after doing some research. After 5 days was disgusted with the taste of a an analog ... But quickly used only low res atomizers ... Bought a pcc, extra batteries ... And then I found my holy grail ... An xl ego USB battery with ego mega smoktech dual coils. This works for me

I ended up here by searching for reviews

About a year and a half ago I noticed my local smoke shop carried some e-cigs....I came home, googled, found this forum, thought it seemed like an interesting notion and them promptly forgot all about it.

A few weeks ago I had a potentially scary chest x-ray (which turned out to be nothing, thankfully) so I resolved yet again to quit, or at least cut down, on smoking. Bought a couple of disposable e-cigs at my smoke shop, rediscovered this forum, and ordered an eGo kit today. I've been a pretty heavy smoker for 37 years and for the first time in forever, think I may have a shot at quitting analogs for good.

I was planning to quit smoking and was looking into electronic cigarettes as a coping mechanism for the ritual side of smoking. I didn't know much about e-cigs and thought that this would be the extent of how I would use them. While researching, I came accross ECF and I became curious. I tried a cheap-o e-cig at the mall and at that moment a whole universe opened up for me. I realized I didn't need anything else. I ordered a KGO and the rest is history...

Never liked cigarettes but enjoyed Cuban cigars and cigarillos. Got myself Joyetech after seeing an actor enjoying one in the greenroom at a theatre with very strict fire regulations (and no chance to go out for a little Montecristo). Converted 100% on the day 2 - after waking up without ashtray in my mouth- that was it. Smoked the rest of cigarillos pack over 2-3 weeks, testing how I like/dislike. Good liquids (mostly FA based own mixes) in Joyetech eGo T, 510T &510 are more fun. Smoke Cuban cigars only 3 times since August, dont expect myself or anyone to ever come any close to those, too rich, complex, but vaping well mixed liquids is fun.

I manage a 7-11 and in July of 2010 my filed rep came in with a sample of Xhale02 starter kit. They would hit our market the next month and they were trying to get them in our local stores. I was sold at first puff. I couldn't yet find them locally so that weekend when I happened to be in San Diego I found one at a 7-11 there. Over the months I found a meet-up group here in Vegas and moved up through the mod chain, starting with a Riva. I now use a VMOD almost exclusively and have an array of flavors to get me through the day. Haven't used an analog in nearly two years.

About 1 year before I began vaping, there were commercials for free ecig kits on the radio I'd hear when I was driving. But, then they stopped after about 1 month.

I've wanted to quit for a longtime, but I didn't know how (tried the usual). One day it really got to me & I really wanted to stop analogs, & I remembered those commercials. But I had no idea where to buy one.

So searched the internet, watched Doctor Vapor's early videos for beginners on how to use it. Then finally found a brick & mortar store near me.

Bought an ecig & never smoked an analog again. I first bought the usual cigarette looking type. Found the battery lasted 15 minutes. Went back 2 weeks later & got an eGo. Then a Reo, then a Provari, then variable volt eGos (which broke quickly like 3 weeks).

I'd actually like to get down to 0 nic & quit ecigs too, as this hobby, altho I enjoy it, is expensive for me.

I started completely on a whim. I wasn't even looking to stop smoking analogs, but where I work certain operations are restrictive and smoking is banned during them (though welding can still go on... go figure) So driving around one day I found a store that sells nothing but E-cigs and I figured I would stop by and get a cheap one for work so I could still smoke.

After about an hour in the store I walked out with an eGo T kit and some great liquids and I haven't smoked but 3 analogs since. Its amazing how quickly my sense of taste and smell came back, though getting in my car for the first few weeks and it smelling like an ashtray was a little disconcerting.

A coffee bean seller kept mentioning on his radio ads that he had used ecigs to quit smoking. He put up separate pages on his coffee bean website devoted to ecigs. He wasn't selling them, he was evangelizing about them and using the traffic from his coffee bean site to spread the word. There was a whole page or two of general ecig info and links to further info. I just followed the links, became engrossed and ended up at Cignot, where I bought my first kit. Quit a 35 year 3 PAD habit literally the same hour my first battery was charged up. A few weeks later, I discovered ECF.
