How would you improve the Reo?

The idea kind of tickles me. I could see future collectors valiantly trying to authenticate a find by reading all the posts on the REO forum and identifying the specific release and purchase date of one of our REO. :)

Funny you say that. I'm going to go back through my Reo Mail folder and log my purchases and then look at date ranges on the big thread. Another way to identify when they were made, is the machine tooling on the inside of the Reos. There are several variations as Rob was using different shops at different times. Of course, we may run into some Reos that were "milled" at one place but different anodizers used. Those would have different release dates.

The easiest for us, the customers and collectors, would be if Rob had a list made up already.

I have an idea ...not really an improvment but an accessory. You know how everyone buys a cover for thier phones.....I think a leather cover to encase the little mini with all the cut outs... would be great. This would protect it and keep the door on all the time. My hubby gave me the idea when he said it looks like your holding a mini walkie talkie toy.

i think tomorrow I will got out with my little mini and try and outfit it. There has to be some kind of case i can mod for it.

I'd like to see the catch cup taller to contain more excess juice - maybe a 1/4 inch or an insert developed to do the job. Mine runs over all the time and I have to keep napkins around to clean up the mess. Maybe somone has an answer to this but it seems that a vacuum is created in the bottle and the juice just keeps coming up to overflow the cup. I thought about poking a hole in the bottle above the shoulder but don't know if that would help releive the pressure or if it would just make it leak.

Even with this minor issue the Reo is still by far the best PV you can buy.

For a door on the Grand or Mini that is loose, I went to the craft store (Hobby Lobby, Michaels, Joanns) and got a square of craft felt, cut some 3/8 by 3/4 inch strips and used some double stick tape and taped them inside the REO. One behind the battery and one behind the bottle. Works like a charm, and no sticky stuff on the battery. I used to put electrical tape on the batteries, but the 14500s with tape on them don't fit in my Mini Woodvil. There is enough felt in one $.99 piece to do a hundred REOs. I intended to get some of that craft foam kids cut stuff out of, but it looked a bit too thick.

Do you know if this will fit a miniwood? Very nice:)

i think the cup is bigger on the miniwood so it will work great, the reason being the o rings inside it keep the juice from any leaking. i really like it.
