63 years old, been smoking for 50 years.
New to vaping, although a bunch of younger guys I know are into it.
Not looking to quit, just that people are really down on cigarettes and more accepting of this alternative.
Spent months looking into and reading everything about all of this extremely confusing jargon, technology and opinions.
I ended up with a NORD for a couple of reasons.
1. Low purchase price for kit.
2. Something easy to change flavors. POD's seemed the way to go.
3. Ability to have reg. and sub ohm coils to experience the difference.
4. Readily available replacement parts at decent price. Coils, Pods etc.
Bought locally at a B&M. I picked up an extra pod so I could do nic salt in one and regular juice in the other. Very cool that the pod came with 2 coils for 10.00.
Been using it about a week. I dig it, takes some getting used to, but overall, I'm happy with the purchase. No issues to date, as others have reported.
I did create and buy some stuff to make refilling and having extra pods a bit easier. I will maybe do a thread in the proper forum to show them off.
Anyhow, nice to be here, hope to learn more.
