Innovations....hmmmm.....I'd like to see a tank developed with a ceramic coated wickless element and a controlled feed of the liquid to the element.....with a longevity of at least 3 months before needing replacement of the element.

There are many great tanks and new ones coming out all the time for those who like to build their own coils, however.....there are many of us who A) ...have no desire to build coils, and or B).. have physical limitations or disabilities which make it impossible to do so

One thing I noticed when posting our sharing with others on other forums was I am getting questions as to what an Innokin Disrupter is... ie, the picture shared by UpViral is of a sort of snowflake, and there's NO PICTURE of Innokin's product!! and... no way I can find to change their picture out for Innokin's box mod... any clues someone has on this? can it be done? I don't want to downgrade UpViral but we're sharing an Innokin product here I thought... so, just saying and hoping to figure out a way to share what we're sharing, not how we're sharing it, if you can understand what I'm saying here.
@NancyB - @Innokin_Ash posted some great pictures here on the site, and if you have a Pinterest account there are some great pictures there on the Innokin Pinterest page. I hope this helps! :)

I'm surprised in the middle of this Saturday and a 2nd give-away in the works (innovations we would like to see) that I'm the only one on this thread! oh, I'm not, there are 2 users - one not being shown (grin).

Guess everyone is out doing their normal day's duties - mowing the grass, taking out the trash, tackling that old project that has been on their to do list for far too long, taking the wife & kids out for a day of fun somewhere, building some more coils/wicks and recharging their batteries...?? haha

Along the 'innovation' line, I'd like to see juice makers eliminate all food coloring and perfumes/odors, as well as all chemicals (other than flavors), and perhaps find a way to test their products to make them as safe to vape, as possible.

It's hard to know whether some are made in a lab setting or not, too. (Thus I predominately DIY my own juices.)

Like, I went to Vaping Zone's website during the 15 mil posting to see if I could answer another's question about what mix of PG/VG base they used in their juices - they eventually stated what was in each level of juice they made on the thread, but still didn't post that info on their website (yet) as basic info we'd like to know.

So, I'll post this and take a break and get some of my own projects completed (grin).

Still doing the innovation idea posts?
Probably not the safest thing right now, but 3d printable equipment being fully customizable from color, material and personal designs....
If its not already in use....

I've been seeing some 3D-printed drip tips lately on here and other forums, some of them look great. I'd like a drip tip with a little screen to protect from popping/spitting when you over-fill on the coil or whatever. That would be handy. ;)

I saw these a while ago, but it seems that their campaign to raise funds on Indiegogo has been taken down... LOL!!
(they were asking people to sign up for ridiculous amounts of money!!)

Had to be either first 10 to sign up or random, as I was in the first 10 to post here,,,,,an I was NOT one of the winners...:(

Same here, and me neither...

Those are cool! I really hope that 3D printing will be incorporated more with mods. I know some people are already making regular box mods at home with a 3D printer and I just hope that grows into something bigger for the masses. I would love to have a 3D mod of some sort! :)

ETA: I still have my Coolfire 2 grenade mod. I absolutely love how it feels in my hand but battery life is terrible. I have been looking for something like that since I got it but with much better battery life.

Thanks @cooladdict, I added a couple of those shared with us to my Pinterest e-cig folders as well. On Facebook, I simply answered questions as they were posted - but know my time doing that can't be counted towards my 'points'.

I was really excited when I saw the gold colored Disrupter!!! THAT really charged 'my battery' to post some more to gain more points! lol
Will be fun to see how this all plays out. Not everyone is as enchanted over the social media websites as the youngsters who spend their days on them AND we're not all tootle puffers or sub-ohming folks, or Provari owners, and the list goes on, either. We all learn as we try things what works and what doesn't, so I'll play along in the meantime. (grin) I've rarely been called a quitter! te he

I think the trends will follow something similar to computers and cell phones. Going smaller, more sleek but gaining in power and diversity. No one vaporizer is perfect for everyone so we will get more and more chances to make it our own before shipping. Prices will continue to remain consistent and practical so that the market doesn't dry up.

I'm sitting here vaping on my cf4 wondering if it is the beginning of it or is the disrupter? Great things have been happening, I've only been vaping for a year but I've seen the growth and innovation gaining more momentum in the direction that the consumer is heading.

I get that. I know a lot of people who stay away from social media completely (like my husband!). I have gotten in trouble for spamming my FB page before. Some of my friends don't like to see ads and contests. It can get out of control. I actually posted this contest twice, but the first time I didn't tag any of my vaping friends. The second time I tagged the people I know who vape (that I could remember!!) and some of them signed up. I actually use my Twitter account for sharing awesome contests, so those guys are used to it, lol. :p

I love seeing everyone's ideas and the discussions here. I am by no means a huge contest enterer, but when I get excited about one I tend to overshare, and this contest does have me excited!! :)

BTW, this girl is definitely NOT going out to do real world things today. At least not until it cools off! I am not a fan of extreme temperatures. :p

I hear you on the heat - we just came back from the mtns for a couple days to enjoy a brief coolness - and now our rig is quite pleasant today with high 70's forcasted/a storm is going through here! ahhhh more like what I'm comfortable residing in! I'm surprised to hear the NW is 'hot' !! I guess it is after the 4th of July tho.... grin My 95 yr old mom is further deteriorating on Mercer Island up there, using a walker now to get around and napping during the day, it's comforting to know she also has someone there to help when needed 24/7 starting this week. She's always been so determined to stay in her own home until her end. Tis tough hearing and watching a loved one go down-hill, but is part of what we'll all go through at our ends - so it can be informative and be something we can plan for and make decisions about ahead of time, OR ignore it all and not think about until it's too late. Each has their choices to make. I so am missing her morning and evening emails saying she's still here! She just can't figure it all out anymore - just 3 short weeks ago, she could! Being on ECF helps keep my mind off what I can't help from happening.

I wonder if the power buttons will ever be soft touch, maybe with fingerprint activation. That would be pretty cool.

There has been a Mod with a touch-sensor switch around for years, and is my favorite out of all the things I own!!

It's a shame that they haven't gotten the recognition they deserve...

I have fallen in love with Innokin mods. MVP 2, MVP 20W, and now Coolfire IV. The Disrupter looks cool, and at a time when I'm considering a mod with replaceable battery. I've entered and shared.

I too, have been looking at who makes mods with replaceable batteries - they do give out eventually and why buy a whole new mod when it's just the battery that needs the attention! So, I, too am enthused about hearing more of these Disrupters! I won a camo MVP 2 on the 15 mil thread, but at 70 myself, camo is not something I find important to keep around (grin) - I passed it on to a deserving soul. I do like the 50W iStick, tho, have been using it daily since it arrived, along with the Nautilus Mini tank which I've also really grown to love!
I also loved the gold colored control box, and am now wondering when the matching battery will come along - HAHA - it just doesn't end, all the things to entice us all!!! lol

I guess "extreme" is relative, lol. It is going to be in the 90s for the next few days, and especially here on the Coast we are not used to that, especially in July! We just had a big heat wave a couple of weeks ago and then things cooled off for a few days but apparently the respite is now over. It is very, very dry and there have been a lot of fires. Even the rainforest is burning!!

That is so sad about your mom. I can imagine you are feeling very helpless right now. :( You always have such a positive, upbeat attitude here on ECF. I love the community here. Hopefully you will win one of these cool new mods, and I for one am having a great deal of fun seeing your posts! :)

Well, I always have fun giving anyone in the NW a hard time, that's for sure! (grin) - it's meant all in good fun! It only took me 45 yrs down in San Diego to 'evolve' out of having webs between my toes from growing up in that neck of the woods! HAHA
This post of yours means a lot to me and truly is appreciated with it's understanding, et al. Thanks. If I win it'll be awesome, but if not, I know where to go to purchase what I desire, too. You're just as special to me when I see your posts on ECF - a true buddy traveling a similar path, and NOT SMOKING! YEAH! haha

There are already quite a few juice vendors doing just that!! :)
They are using all organic ingredients... including the flavors... and when it says "100% VG", they really mean it!! I even saw one that was advertising switching to nicotine that was sourced from organic tobacco...

One vendor recently went as for as to have all of the juice they carried from various suppliers tested, with [not so] surprising results, and ended up having a lawsuit filed against them by one of the suppliers in question.

Personally, I would like to see PG eliminated from ALL of the juices sold altogether!!! For one, it would stop all of the "anti-freeze" rumors, not to mention helping the people (including myself) who have adverse reactions to it. And as far as it being "safe" and "approved" because it is used in food products, there was a pet food company that ran a campaign recently announcing they had removed PG from all of their products...

"What do you think the next big innovation in vaping will be?"
I would like to see the InnoCell come in 18650 so I can use it in my other Innokin mods :thumb:
It's hard to find a good safe 18650 battery and trust it's not a clone.
And it would be nice to have batteries made and used for vaping.
I wanted to add to my answer or more like stress the need for a good, solid, rechargeable, recyclable, battery that can be verified not to be a clone.

I dove into vaping head first, I went from a smoker to a vaper, to a fan, to a collector, to an obsession

I try to keep up to date on the next big thing, and trust me it's hard. Mods are just as bad as smartphones, soon as you get one, a new version is being released :(

Now I'm not putting anyone down or their idea's, but a lot of the idea's on here have been done. Take any idea, even say like Bluetooth :?: then do a google search Bluetooth e-cig and you will get a hit.
I figure it's just a matter of time that you can get a smartphone with a 510 connection

My point is the development in e-cig technology has taken off.

But Innokin is the first to lean towards the battery. Besides the integrated battery, for me batteries are hard to trust.
No. 1 are they real? So many clones and re-wrapped batteries on the market :(
No. 2 can they handle vaping? Sony's 18650 has the reputation of being the go to battery for sub-ohm vaping.
But Sony has repeatedly stressed that their batteries weren't designed to be used in this way.

All this new technology that is out and is coming out all have one thing in common, they need a battery ;)

For those of you that already have a MVP or a Cool Fire IV imagine if the InnoCell fit those too :?:
