I think innovation in vaping is going in the direction of both convenience and ergonomics. Vapers, especially new vapers, like to keep it simple and I see vaping innovation heading in that direction. Safer USB charging with no need for external batteries or chargers, even more intuitive and easy to use user interfaces, coils that last longer and are easier to change, tanks that are easier to fill and clean, etc. I believe simplicity can go a long way for new and experienced vape enthusiasts alike. The less time the user has to spend fiddling with wire, cotton, and tweaking the devices to work properly, the more time that person can spend doing other things and just enjoy their vaping experience. Ease-of-use can go a long way!
Secondly, I think as technology in the vaping industry gets better I believe ergonomics and "size matters" will become more at the forefront in vaper's minds when they go to make a purchase. Something that fits well in the pocket that doesn't feel like a brick, something that feels good in the hand and has a solid durable finish. As time goes on and the playing field levels in terms of the inner-workings of these e-cigarettes, the outside and form/design will become even more important. Although these smaller, devices with ergonomics in mind exist, they'll continue to advance and become better and better. I look forward to technology advancing to a point where smaller, yet highly powerful vaporizers can be in any shape the user wants, I think something like a pistol grip would be pretty ideal myself in terms of comfort in the hand. Thank you very much
