I hope everyone enjoys theirs! Does anyone here have any experience or has worked with UPS? I found out last night that mine was delivered on 8-12 by UPS. Where? I don't know! It was not delivered to me or left on my property. I honestly don't think I'll ever see a Disrupter unless I buy it myself and you'd better believe that it won't be delivered by ups. I can't count how many times this has happened to me with UPS misdelivering something.

That is not good news Lynn! Maybe Ash can help you track down where it was sent? You remember which address you had replied with in your confirmation and shipping details email?

I sure hope it's just sitting at the post officewaiting for you. That has happened to me a few times with packages that got broke open and had to be re-taped.

It was shipped via UPS not USPS, but you are correct in regards to USPS.

Sorry to hear this, unfortunately the only recourse I can see is for Innokin to send another and perhaps use a different shipper and/or make the delivery confirmation request an ID along with a signature....if that is a possibility even?

I couldn't believe I won one! I got an email yesterday but at first I didn't even remember having ever participated in the contest, then I checked my facebook and saw I linked to the contest and a vague memory came back that I participated

This is extremely nice, I mean this is huge..they're giving away 400 of those just like that...awesome!

Now the question..what tank? I am already having a 30W mod of another make I don't want to mention here, so I guess the logical step would be to get an Innokin isub G? (This is also the one I am seeing on all pictures/reviews of the disrupter).

Like everything else I get via UPS - It was thrown at door and the driver left . . .

FYI: I happen to know that UPS now leaves it up to the driver to decide whether or not to leave the package . . . The only supposed exception is when the "Shipper" is requesting that a signature is gotten for the package . . . However, that does not mean the driver will not just sign for it themself or get anyone to sign for it since it is an electronic signature . . . It has happened to "Me" a few times and no matter how much I complain - nothing is done . . . They say call the shipper and they will replace the item or refund money . . . Just Sayin' . . .

Lynn, that might not be as silly as it seems to check with them, a number of packages I have had traveled to the town I live in via UPS, but then they turned it over the USPS.

Yes, I had to sign for mine, but mine came DHL

He knocked and I was home but did not have to sign. But even if I had not been here he would leave it.

Nancy, Innokin checked it out and according to the tracking number they delivered it. To whom, I don't know but it wasn't me. I'm calling customer service Monday morning. And this isn't the first time this has happened.

I didn't have to sign for mine. We were outside and the truck rolled to a stop and when the driver hopped out I yell "Hey, is that from China?", he looked and said "yep, HongKong". He then handed it to me.

That really stinks. I usually have good luck with ups but USPS is a whole other story. I watched a package go back and forth across the country for weeks and still never got it.
