You can check it with a USB Voltage Detector to make sure the current don't fluctuate :)
I got a Xtar V101 USB Current/Voltage Detector from RTD Vapor for a under $6.
But I seen I seen cheaper ones on eBay that sale for around $1.50
USB Charger Doctor Voltage Current Meter Mobile Battery Tester Power Detector | eBay
What it nice about these is you plug it in between the USB port and your device so you can watch it while it charges to see if the voltage drops or spikes real high.
They real nice to check to see if a PC or Laptop can handle charging a mod too. :)

I also found out playing with mine is that some of my USB cables only supported 500mAh even though the USB wall plug adapter and my device was 1000mAh :?:
I would change the cables and it would go back up to 1000mAh.
I don't know if this is normal and they are old out dated cables or maybe I just got a couple bad cables

Thanks... I do not Typically charge things in my car anyways.

So to those who already received theirs: exactly what information did they request? Obviously shipping address but anything else? Age verification? Was curious because couldn't a bunch of sneaky teenagers have entered the contest, not only being a concern for our whole vape community/business advocacy movement; trying to debunk claims that we are contributing to a rise in tobacco use of minors, but also (more selfishly) taking away from the prize pool for us legal adults.

Bama, this has happened to me 10 times in the last year and a half. Of those, I was only able to find my package twice. One was left with my next door neighbor but he neglected to tell me(the Disrupter wasn't left at his house, I asked) and the other time at an unloved in house 5 houses up from mine. I was on the phone with customer service at ups at that time. The driver said he left the package on the porch. I saw a package on the porch, went up and checked and it was mine. I then asked the csr if being able to read was a job requirement. The house number was 1430, mine is 1436. It's been 10 days since this package was dropped off at some house other than mine. My thoughts that it will be recovered by me are none and none.
That really does Suck. All things involved with mail seems to be getting the mentality We want MORE MONEY to give you LESS SERVICE :grr::grr::grr::grr:

Vaping has nothing to do with Tobacco :glare:
Even if a individual chooses to add nicotine to their e-juice, it's still has nothing to do with tobacco.

Nicotine is an alkaloid found in the nightshade family of plants (Solanaceae), found not only in tobacco, but also found in tomato, potato, eggplant (aubergine), and green pepper.
Nicotine alkaloids are also found in the leaves of the coca plant.
Coco leaves when chewed acts as a mild stimulant and suppresses hunger, thirst, pain, and fatigue. Coca also eases sickness due to high altitudes.

So if I add Nicotine from a Coco leaf into my e-juice, does this make Coco a tobacco product or does it make my e-juice a candy product

Is there any nic for sale out there NOT being extracted from tobacco?

Good point though, that there probably should've been some kind of age verification (although that doesn't really deter much) to indicate that the winner would be old enough to buy one.

A recent "study" tried to link the two by "showing" that of teens who smoke, a higher percentage of them tried vaping then didn't.....never mind that the over all number of teens smoking is greatly diminished, never mind it's a flawed study, that those teens would have smoked any ways, nope, it's solid evidence that vaping leads to smoking

@LynnNC that really bites! It's bad enough that UPS screwed it up (unfortunately I'm not really that surprised as they are all getting more and more lax about making sure they get it to the right place and just don't really care one way or the other :glare:), but what really makes me mad is the person who got the package knew good and well it wasn't for them and still decided to keep it! That's just a no good thief!

Found something else I didn't know about :?:

Your best nicotine is found in the leaves of the Nicotiana Tabacum the tobacco plant, and Nicotiana Rustica in amounts of 2–14 %, as well as in Duboisia Hopwoodii and Asclepias Syriaca.

But that's not the interesting part :?:

The original smoking Tobacco was the small leaf Nicotiana Rustica which was initially found my Europeans during the 1500 and 1600s, and that developed by the 1800s.

nicotianarustica2189800.jpg

The plant they use today is the bigger leaf Nicotiana Tabacum.

Nicotiana_Tobacco_Plants_1909px.jpg

See the original Nicotiana Rustica with it's natural components was very strong, harsh, and psychoactive .
So a smoker would only be able to take a few hits a day. Meaning that a bag of tobacco would last a person months.

So they developed the Nicotiana Tabacum by breeding out the psychoactive properties and significantly reducing the nicotine content.

The thinking was a weaker tobacco will get people to smoke more thus making them more money :?:

They went from that original thinking to later adding chemicals to make them even more additive :grr:
So the tobacco industry didn't turn evil they always were Evil
