Ii just ordered my batteries from RTD vapors 4 imr aw 18650 2000 mah, I also got the xtar charger, did a bit of research, think there was thread somewhere here. It was rated quite high, and supposedly second to the Pila in quality and safety and maybe even faster? ANyone has this? I think I have everything I need for my saber when it gets here. I have an extra charger coming in that I already had ordered one before, oh well I will try and return it or heck, I can have 2 chargers going at once.
Ive still been haunting these vapor moon threads and have noticed a big trend. Most of you seem to use the long attys. I dont see very many carto/tanks? Is there something about the sabor and drippers? Any one use a zen? or Odysseus tank attys. Ive seen a couple penelopes. I have a couple phinacs, the black one is significantly wider, a couple triple v from valley vapes, and a vivi nova.
Hello, still counting the days, to see who gets their saber first, but I have a question for all you atty users. I just got in a couple atties. One joyetech 510 LR and one IKV 510 LR Atomizer 1.8Ω. Ive never used an atty and I know there is a need to prime them? I dont want to burn them out of ignorance. I also notice the joyetech has some sort of primer, I can see the drops in the plastic sealed package. Any advise or instructions are appreciated. I dont want burn these puppies out.

On the Ikenvape, add 4 drops and let it sit for about 3 to 5mins. Give the atty a couple of pulses, add 2 more drops. Puff, when you feel it getting dry(vapor decreases), add 3 drops!!
On the Joytech, blow from drip tip side until all primer has come out of bottom hole, then follow above and you should be good to go!!
It will take about a day or two to break them in to their potential!!

thanx it all worked great. I had a feeling if anyone came to the rescue it would be you. Both are working great, nice flavor, very similar to the VIVI nova. Funny I got one last week and it worked great right off the git go. I ordered another from Ikenvape and theirs was different, very different. The heads, the inner workings, the wicks were long and more cotton like. Tried it out and bad, couldnt get it going, low vape, low taste. I tried the heads from the original short wick and did not work, leaked. I also noticed the heads didnt have the little paper like things surrounding the coils, one of the wicks werent even attached and the coils were loose. Very odd. Im going to see if Ikenvape will take a return. I want more of those IKV atties anyway. I found another place to get the shorty wick VIvi and I ordered 2 this time, in case they get replaced by those long wick ones.

I myself gave up on the vivi nova's, first head worked great, every other after that was an epic fail Hopefully the Vivi rebuildable works out

Its 7 days now since I placed my order. Did our pal darwinvsjesus hear anything yet from Sir Lawrence? I will really "hate him" ( not really ) Its so exciting. Hey Tat_skull, did you place your Hp 5v at the same time? Wow this is an exciting race. I guess Sir Lawrence makes them as the orders come in? Plus im assuming that depending on how complicated or unusual the customizing affects the time. I cant wait till we get past the finish line and we get the email saying its on its way.

Mine was placed I think around the same time, but I'm in no rush. Mine is a lil' challenging. But I did hear from Sir__Lawrence, and he is working on it. I'm still just crossing my fingers(and toes
) hoping he can get this Idea to work(still can't reveal it
). I can tell you this is the 7th Saber I have ordered(some take longer than others) and you will forget all about the lil' wait time once you start puffin' on yours Gotta keep in mind here that each and every one is fully hand crafted and assembled in house as you order

So here are the first and probably most important Items I got for my saber touch when it gets here, I hope they are the correct ones, kept seeing on darwinvsjesus thread about button tops or flat. Im not sure what those are Heres the batteries I got. Now I use one at a time, not 2?
Now here is the charger, I wanted to get the Pila charger ( pila means battery in spanish and italian) Its an intelligent charger and for the price it seemed like it had similar features to the Pila and supposedly on some other threads charges faster?

Ive been fighting with insomnia for a while now, and wishing for my saber touch isnt helping. I have all the accesssories ready for it. Got a new black phinac tank, got some super T drip tips, got a new Vivi nova set up and waiting to sit atop of it, lets see, anything else? oh yes a new bottle of Heathers Heavenly Vapes Gandalf. New cartos, atties, I am done shopping for it........I think. Oh yes and a nice new Tabac Especial black cigar box with foam inserts that I will cut to size when it gets here.
Man, you are set up! I would like to see a picture of the cigar box when your Saber arrives. That's a great idea. Currently we just use a shoebox with a couple of small pillows in it for my bride's Saber (not fancy, but it's nice).
I sure will. I have always loved cigar boxes, whether they are the hard cardboard or wood, but I love the wooden ones. I pick them up whenever I see them. When I got my KGOs and started collecting all the odds and ends I thought "cigar boxes" how appropriate. I have some foam inserts and padding left over from gun boxes and surgical instruments from when I was working in the surgical dept. So now I have to get out my trusty scalpels and cut some holes for it.
I think my KGO batteries know something is up. One of them just up and died. I tried my usual tricks and no go. Pulled pin on battery, the charger, carto or vivi and nothing fires up. It does flash but doesnt charge. Oh well. 1 down 3 to go..... I hope they all dont decide to commit suicide now that they know they are being upgraded. I know that the new saber is 3.7 volts, does it do the same thing when fully charged reading at 4.0 like the KGO? Is there going to be any difference vaping on the saber compared to the KGO? Im assuming with the better batteries it will keep around 3.7 much longer than the KGO does?
