Everyone that has read this thread knows where I am with this ... My question is ... I have purchased from V4L yesterday and have asked some questions in more than one thread even starting out the question with "Steve," I have also sent a PM and have got no responce to any of my questions or PM? ... I have been nothing but nice and am only looking for a great cartomizer ... I have never been part of the drama between V4L and other suppliers ... So where is my Great Coustomer Service?

JenJen - For one - there is currently a thread going on just like this one, sort of, all about how great V4L cartos are over everyone elses if you look for it. Just recently started.

Most people I've seen in there that support Drew do their best to be nice about it, but when bragging turns to dissing - why is it ok for V4L fans to brag about what they love and not nHaler fans?

It is a constant love fest for the V4L club. Ok fine no problem have fun and enjoy yourselves. The problem comes in when people sit back for so long and try to be neutral about it, but when the crap keeps getting flung non stop, and you are still saying it - it gets really hard not to stand up and say ok enough! It is the same thing already. You want to buy it from there? Great! Quit trying to rag on those of us that do. (Note that I've not seen you personally rag on others JenJen - just that this is what is leading to all of this).

Also, in response to your question - the reason Steve carries other flavors and strengths is because he chooses those options from the factory. Would it prove anything to you if I went ahead and placed an order from the factory and showed my receipt?

He carried the other batteris before anyone else because he chose to purchase them when they very first came out. What was the lag time between him and others? About long enough to see how they panned out perhaps?

I'm sorry, I am not trying to be rude, but I have been investigating becoming a vendor for some time now. Although it will be a miracle if we could ever do it, it is endlessly intruiging. You can get on several Chinese supplier sites and dig through dozens of them over there. I won't post pricing on this forum, but you would be amazed. And once again, yes I can order any of the flavors and batts that steve can - I just have to order 100 or more of any item if I want my own logos, etc. on them. Otherwise I can place a normal order with less of a discount and get the standard facings.

EDIT: And Phoenix u are right it is getting old. I myself call it quits on all of this. Believe what you choose to believe because that is all that counts anyways. Just quit the flaming and blaming already.

The badging and claims of superiority are not limited to the cartomizer crowd either. How many of you wondered what a Dura, Yeti, TECC, and 510 were and the difference between them at one time.

I won't point fingers at vendors that badge product's that is their prerogative but I draw the line at calling an "apple" a "super apple" just because you have a different sticker than the normal apple. That type of practice is common and confusing.

So if they come from the same place, why doesn't everyone have beer flavored cartos (which are very good by the way). Where is the whiskey? The conac? The Pina Colada and Margaritas? Where is the Peach cobbler which is way better then the peach? And how is it he has more variety in nic strength as well? Nobody ever answers those questions, but that has to say something about a difference in cartos. And only recently did I see the extra long KR808 manual battery offered someplace other then V4L.

I am not bashing you, at least I don't mean to. I have respect for you and your product, hell I recommend you. And I never asked for a refund or exchange Drew, nor did I expect one or want one, but I told you about the cartos I got.

Say what you like, but the Nhaler cheerleaders can be just as obnoxious and overbearing as the N4Lers. We are all passionate about what we love. Better then being passionate about cigarettes in my mind - so why can't we all just get along lol!

And I am sorry if my helping people bothers you, it is just the way I am and I am not hiding anything nor are there any ulterior motives involved. To suggest otherwise is just wrong.

Why am I not getting the Great Customer Service? and why have all my questions and PM been pushed away? are we not all adults? I go to Publix supermarket for my meat but does this mean I can not go to Winn Dixie Supermarket for there 2 for 1 sale? I do not understand?

Because they always have problems on the first couple runs and I dont have the time to do all the returns and BS...read through the threads that U have been posting in explaining how yours and others had problems!!!

Over the past six months or so I've shrunk my active hardware down to three models that I completely enjoy one of those is the Kr. As such I tend to spend my limited time here reading up on just these three. I enjoy the objective opinions and discussions focusing on the products that I selected. Now, the following should be considered a take it for what it's worth comment...
I find myself spending less and less time looking through the V4L posts they seem to be dominated by a handful of individuals that simply keep repeating the same buy me message in varying lengths and volume so, for me, I just look for enjoyment in other areas of the forum.
Problem seems to be however that going elsewhere for my Kr fix is becoming more and more difficult.

I do have to say I like how V4l cartomizers say what they are on them along with being color coded.

I also like how they stock 36Mg ones.


I have had great service from Nhaler, and V4L. Both give a little extra, and both carry good products.

Ok.. THAT is a bit disturbing to me just from a vendor integrity standpoint.
If they really arent available then don't sell it as an option. sheesh

Just how much 36Mg did they make before they stopped making it is what I wonder. The stuff is good for 2 years, and it was not that long ago that they stopped making it.

I have not seen any company but TW that has spent the cash to have their liquid tested, and then put it up on there site.

I don't get how you think that the cartomizers are any better, they are made in the same factory, the only difference in any of them should be what shift made them at the factory.

I have only seen 36mg available on one site and in only selected flavors too.

Of course you should be able to buy both places, or from whatever other vendor you want. I think that is what Phoenix was saying. She and I have both bought from both vendors and we both recommend them both. Just not sure why it has to be a do or die kind of thing. If I prefer one thing from one vendor, and another from the other so what?

And if Steve hasn't answered your message, I wouldn't take it personally. He tries to touch base on the forum, but obviously can't read every post, it would be a full time job. As for not answering your PM right away, I am hoping he is actually taking a day off. With Mark gone, he had been working 24/7 to get the orders out. Now that Mark is back, I hope he DID take a day off. I am sure he will get back to you when he can.

My recommendation would be to create your own thread rather than posting in another topic. Try titling the thread with Steve or Mark's name in it so it stands out. You can also email or PM Steve or Mark. I doubt they are looking past you for a reason, rather just because they did not see your question. Most questions in threads are responded to by other consumers, but we can't answer some of your questions. It would make more sense to reach out directly to the VK folks. Hopefully you will get the response you desire.

That is just stupid. You try a 0, 11, 18, 24 and 36 in the same flavor and if you still think those babies aren't 36 feel free to comment. I have only had 2 36mgs and they were way too strong for me - coughed up a lung on them. I can handle the 24s but usually prefer the 18s. The 0s have no throat hit, and the 11s can have a slight hit depending on flavor. So if you are accusing him of just labeling them whatever strength he wants, you are barking up the wrong tree. I keep my faves on hand in at least 4 strengths for different times of the days or if I need more nic. They are NOT the same.
