I posted an honest review of how much I liked mig ecig only to have nasty replies. I was shocked. I am a customer only again , I DO NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION from mig ecig what so ever! But I can honestly say that your replies were totally uncalled for and hell will freeze over before I post again . The replies were more about the character of the people who posted them, how would you like a product and post a review and I was rude etc to you . Do everyone a favor and if all you want to do is bash everyone stop replying to post and take a good look in the mirror! Maryann

anytime there are rules there are a .... ton of people in line waiting for a chance to point them out or enforce them. this is pretty much standard practice in any forum community. its lame but i wouldnt take it personally

Nasty replies? There were only two posts before a moderator closed it down for the somewhat obvious reasons cited by those two replies: For a first time post to the forum it sounds a lot more like a shilling testimonial than an actual review. Comparing the electronics in that to a Provari?

Mornin' all! Maryann. I was on my 1st cup of joe this morning when the title of your post caught my attention. Said to myself, "Self, what's this?? Wow! Someones peeved." Had to click on your name to get the whole story. So, let me give you one...
I started smoking when I was 9. I'll be 51 in a couple weeks. My health got bad enough, I knew I had to do something about my smoking. Under advice of a friend, went to a B&M vape store. Got ripped off buying their knock off ego/evod starter kit for $90 plus 3 liquids @ $11 a piece. $123+tax out the door. 650mAh batteries that didn't last 4 hours, evod tanks that flooded with coils that weren't Kanger, liquid that tasted worse over time, I was unhappy. Shame on me for not doing research first. I was a noob and didn't know any better.
Fast forward to today. Looked at the Migcig website. I would have jumped on this Aspire BDC ET by migcigs. 2 - 900mAh batteries & 2 - Aspires for $69.95?? No doubt. You know what they say about hind site. I would have bought this in a minute. I took the web site at face value. Don't see anything wrong with it and nothing I saw made any red flags fly out at me.
I have to say, the vast majority of the folks on the forum are top notch, great, friendly kinda folks. I would hope you would reconsider your decision about "hell will freeze over before I post again". I can't speak for others but, myself, there's strength in numbers. We, or at least myself, would love for you to stick around and be a part of the forum.

You compared it to a Provari?! Big mistake, people get very 'funny' about that particular mod. Nvm, you live and learn.
I took a look in the mirror and passed on commenting. I did however report the post. a) just in case it was bogus/fake and b) in the hope that the mods kept an eye on it.

Parting remarks. I wanted to make a parting remark. What I like about forums is reading the different opinions people have as well as what they liked. Everyone is entitled to their opinion... But who in the world wants to post any thing if you are going to get attacked . I appreciate well made things such as a provari. My comment was misunderstood , I was not comparing mig battery to a provari. Two different things. What I hate about a lot of batteries is that long before the battery runs down there is downward spiral of power . The provari has a microchip in it that you do not get slow decrease in vaping power , mig has a chip as well in there long batteries that keeps the power in vaping as the battery runs down. I hate the products of a company that advertises on tv... I think it is absolute junk, but, I would not respond in a forum to someone who loved their products in a nasty put down . Everyone is free to express there opinion, and if I agree or disagree I respect your opinion Maryann
It was a cigalike with PRICES that compared to a Provari.
Their "Supreme" starter kit was $165 and only came with 2 batteries. Again, this is a CIGALIKE, something most people here would buy as a disposable.
The post wasn't just a testimonial, it was an advertisement with outrageous claims which was obvious to anyone who read it. Oh, and the OP fails to mention that this particular cigalike website PAYS people to post glowing reviews on forums. It even advertizes that fact right on the home page.
There were two replies before the thread was locked, both critiquing the product/pricing/company business model.
No one directly attacked the OP, and the post most certainly read like an advertisement when combined with it being OP's first post. (I actually considered reporting it, until i watched the I.S. review on youtube stating that he did love the product.)
Im sorry that your experience started off this way, but you need to understand that there are literally an endless sea of unregistered supplier, shills, and company reps that try to get around the forums rules to advertise their product every single day.
This is probably one of the most supportive/friendliest forums on the web, walking away over two comments (not even directed at at you, but at the product) seems a bit ridiculous.

They are very well made for instance, the batteries have a control board in them like Mig Cig, they do not gradually lose power, they are consistent so your first puff is as strong as your first one before you need to recharge. I saw a review where someone noted a problem with there tank... There is no problem you would have to really work on breaking one, they are super tuff and durable! I know a lot of us try various brands and companies , honestly your search is over with Provari e cigarettes , do yourself a favor and your pocketbook try Provari e cigarettes and go on you tube and check out indoor smokers 's review hands down my favorite, you will not be sorry!

Also, I do not think that a mod would have come along and closed the thread down toot suite. All I have done is switched the company names, the rest of the post is identical.

ALL batteries gradually lose power. even just sitting around on a shelf.
saying this mig cigalike is like a Provari because they both put out a "Regulated voltage"
is like saying with saying a Ferrari Enzo is on par with a 1994 Ford Taurus, because they are both cars.

Reminds me of when I got my first Maltese and was posting away about the wonders of her and her breeder and so forth and my post was taken down. Forum admin emailed me--found out from him that the "breeder" was a known puppy miller.

I had a look at the thread. You were in no way attacked. Two people gave their opinion which disagreed with yours.

If you spend a little time lurking you quickly discover that you can only say good things about Provari. It is revered above all others and not to be slighted in any way. But most of us are just used to it and take it in stride at this point and don't get offended when the mob comes to it's defense.
And for the record, I'm not sure how anyone gets all hopped up about all these poorly designed flashlights. They don't work for a damn when you cover the filament with cotton then drown it in liquid. Don't give off hardly any light at all.

Provari is a nicely build mod, but it's not a box mod, and can only afford one button to control it...for me a complete fail. Shopping for a TV set and it only had one button to control it, I look elsewhere. But then there's REOs, another fan base, but only takes Paypal...fail.....
I've been able to vape for over 3 years with great results never using either, BUT would never pay the same price as either for a stick mod because it has the same regulation as my 3 year old Joye eGo battery....
New and improved, at 4 times the price, 1/4 the battery life, another fail for me...

Did someone say ZMAX , yeah awesome mod , I have 7 ( its a personal problem ) I have MVP'S , VV V3's, and yes a Provari. But always go back to the ZMAX ....... oh and by the way I think its as good as a Mig CIG( whatever they are)
I'm sorry that happened to you.
On a daily basis we get 'new members' posting about a wonderful product they are using, only to find out it's a supplier posing as a member. We don't allow that to go on here. When someone asks for advice or what product to purchase we don't want that sort of person to jump in and say "Buy XYZ". When something is recommended to a member, we want to make sure it's a member trying to help, not recommending anything for financial gain. So we do sometimes err on the side of caution.
I know people new to vaping are extremely enthusiastic about a product that works for them. It can come across as 'shilling'. Try posting again and getting to know us and let us get to know you as well. If anyone is rude to you, hit the triangle and report the post and we'll look into it.
