You could also make your own tank http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tank-reviews/229289-mwa-atty-tank-set-up.html or http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...756-homemade-syringe-tank-mod-looks-easy.html
The syringe tank is very easy to make and doesn't leak. I'm in the military and I just stick my mod with tank on it in my upper right sleeve pocket with no worries. You do have to punch/slot your cartos or just buy pre punched (they cost a bit more). There is a bit of a learning curve, you have to use long gentle pulls, hard pulls will result in you eating juice.
I use smoketek SS cartos and they last at least a week if not more. I'm gonna make a 306 atty tank soon to see how that works. Anyway this is what works best and with least hassles for my wife and I.
So an update, I just made my wife and I a syringe tank, then I found a couple 306 attys with the orange sleeves. I also found my fluxomizers that I gave up on but kept in case of future mods...
I slid the base part of the flux, the part that was sitting on the base of the flux, and slid it down till it cleared the part of the stock sleeve where you puncture your hole(s) above the top flat part of the atty and about the middle of the bridge. Used a needle to puncture the first hole through both, I'd recommend starting at one, couple of dry pulls before a vape isn't a big deal.
Slide the atty in, slide the rubber bottom piece in, 510sized holes work great, they are slightly small so will fit tight, attach the sleeve, the attach the top plug, throw on your 510 sized drip tip. Fill about 3-4 mils of juice in a syring with blunt tip, place between the edge of the sleeve and the rubber stopper, and fill. Make sure you fill from the opposite side of the hole you punched.
Do a couple primer puffs, if single hole take some strong primer puffs, then vape away.
I now can't use this around in the same room as my daughter due to the large volume of vapor it puts out
