Good stuff to know! Just started vaping and still smoking too. Probably more smoking than vaping at this time. I need to find a flavor that I like enough to 'want' to vape.

Could you ask your Dr. friend to describe "not harmless"? I know nicotine is a stimulant - the same way that caffeine is. It constricts your arteries and raises blood pressure and affects circulation and things. Would he classify our nic juice as being "harmful" in the same sense that caffeine is? Or harmful in another way?

Thank you! I'd love for these things to be as dangerous as a cup of coffee. That way, I could vape forever with no guilt.
