So I'm sitting here with my e cig "Genesis by Hangsen" that I've had for about 2-3 months now. Never had any problems with it, but since yesterday the head has been stuck so I can't fill any e-liquid in it.

No matter how many times I try to screw it off, it just won't come off. What in the world can I do to get it off or "losen" it up?

Thanks!

Don't get your head off, the results would be bad :) Kidding. Sounds like your atomizer got a little stuck, there are a few things you can try-- rubber matting or rubber gloves for gripping, you can try putting it in the freezer to see if that loosens things, you can get smaller versions of those rubber "grippers" that you use to unjam lids in cooking and stuff, just in a smaller size, and use that to help you leverage the tank off, just don't squeeze too tightly. If you have lower airflow, sometimes you can "catch" the airflow ring with a screwdriver or something (be gentle) while increasing leverage in one direction while you twist with another. There are probably a few more remedies I am not thinking of, but I'm sure they'll be posted eventually.... :)

Good luck and I hope it comes apart. :)

The first thing I always try is very hot water. It is possible that some e-liquid got where it shouldn't have been and it has basically stuck it together much like the lid will get stuck on a jar of honey or jelly if the top is not cleaned off before putting the lid back on.

I've cut the thumb off a silicone oven mitt and use it when I geta stubborn top cap. Just slip the head into the hole and hopefully the friction will get it off there. The silicone will keep any juice in it contained and things relatively mess free.

...yeah. I know.

Thank you! I'll try to put in it the freezer, to see if it helps. Will give an update later! :D

Are you struggling to move it, or is it rotating but not unscrewing?

Leather gloves always work well for me if things get too tight.
It is rotating, but not unscrewing. There is a child cap on, so I press it down and tries to rotate it. But it dosen't losen up at all. Will try with gloves if the freezer dosen't work.

So just hot water over the head and try to rotate and get it off? :)

Oh yeah, how long time does it need to be in the freezer?

That is what I usually try first but just be sure you don't get any water on/in the battery. I just looked at a photo of your device and it looks like the atomizer can be removed from the battery unlike some of the newest pod type systems so you should be able to run the atomizer under very hot running water without putting the battery in danger.
