Rough situation. Started vaping to get off analogs and have been vaping for about a year. A few days ago a nasty stomach bug hit our house and i absolutely cannot vape. Even the smell of any of my juices is causing me to throw up. Just putting the drip tip in my mouth is giving me a nasty metallic taste and causing the same problem. Even the thought of the smell of the juices is causing the same problem.

The 3 times i have been able to stomach trying to vape all of my juices taste so horrible that i end up praying to the white porcelain god again.

Hoping it passes soon because between the illness not letting me sleep, the abrupt stoppage of nicotine and the fact that i haven't eaten much for 3 days is not making for a very pleasant household.

That sucks. Have you tried unflavored? This may be a perfect time to "discover" the wonderful world of unflavored eliquid. It can be a godsend for price and ease of vapeability. When I get "sick" of flavors, though not from flavors, which has been a helluva lot lately, unflavored never ceases to satisfy. Hell, even when I am diggin' flavors, unflavored still hits all the right notes (likely by avoiding them).

Get well soon.

I just saw where you live. PM incoming...

I'm not sure what flavor juice you are currently vaping, but maybe it's just too sweet for you to handle with the bug. Perhaps you could try something that is not sweet, like plain tobacco flavored juice. If that fails and you really need the nic, you can try to use the patch for a few days till you are feeling better.

Sounds like a good time to take advantage of nicotine's ability to be absorb through the skin.

I'm not sure that taking a nicotine

is the solution. I've heard it plays havoc with the loofah.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I have a friend with some unflavored i am going to give a shot. I was completely a tobacco flavor vaper up until a couple of weeks ago. I have 13 or 14 different tobacco flavors on hand and a bunch of other flavors from various vendors as I started branching out. Right now i cant handle any of them so i am going to give unflavored a try.

I think i might be on the road to recovery, i am actually able to keep water down today. Yea, it has been that rough lol.

I took a beer bath last vacation. It was fantastic. I don't know if I got drunk from the bath or from drinking it. There was a tap next to the tub...

There was a time I did those baths, or rather, there was a time when it smelled as if I had been taken those baths!
