Mesh wicks you mean?
I dont have a hydrid (yet) but I they are basically an integrated tube + atomizer (instead of using a standard connection) where the atty screws directly to the tube and the positive of the battery is in direct contact with the positive post of the RBA (this eliminates a few contacts points, which will give you better performance)
Other than that, you build it like any other Genesis, a wick (normally SS Mesh, some people use porous ceramic, yet others use silica or cotton) and your kanthal or nichrome wire.
I would skip this one though,as low as the price is it IS a first generation chinese hybrid and it runs on a 18350 battery (you would be changing batteries up to three times a day if you go with a LR build)
give it two to three months for the chinese to really catch up like they did on mechs (my MKB-TS is one hell of a device with very little voltage drop)
At the very very least dont preorder, wait for one or two reviews to pop out.
