What do you mean your MVP broke?? I have 2. How long have you had it??

Lol. *sigh* so I'm a vaping noob and kept tightening my tanks down. I ended up cracking the O ring in half and the pin was free moving. Not making contact. I replaced the O ring but it still doesn't fire up like it did before. Bought my Vamo to tide me over since I more than likely won't see my MVP back until I get my Provari.

Oh yeah, I know about those damn pins. I have to keep pulling mine up all the time. Sorry 'bout that!
But hey, you're getting a ProVari. No worries from here on out. You're going to love it!!!!!!!!

Yup. Just have to wait 2 weeks to get paid. And then another 3-5 days for delivery. Lol. Sending my MVP back tomorrow when I get my Vamo. Innokin said they'll send me a new one (bought it 20 days ago) as soon as they receive and verify my broken one. It'll be kinda cool to have 3 mods. Now I just need to learn how many watts = volts and stuff.

Ohm's Law Calculator

Just plug in your VOlts on the battery and the ohms of your atty and get the watts
or plug in your watts and ohms and get your volts :)

Handy little calculator to have bookmarked. Particularly since it gives you amps as well so you know where you are when it comes to battery safety (assuming you know the limits of your battery)

Once you spend some time with charts and calculators you'll learn some general rules that make it easier.

1. Resistance plus 2 equates to about 8 watts. (examples: If I have a 2.0 ohm resister and set to 4 volts....exactly 8 watts. 2.5 ohm resistor set to 4.5 volts is 8.1 watts. 1.5 ohm resister set to 3.5 volts 8.17 watts.)

2. Every .5 volt adjustment equals about to 2.0 watts of adjustment.

So If I'm running 4 volts at 2 ohms and getting 8 watts. Then 4.5 volts at 2 ohms will get me about 10 watts. 5 volts at 2 ohms will get me around 12 watts (actually 12.5) but you get the idea.

For example. I have a 2.0 ohm Kayfun I like at 9 watts. So....If resistance plus 2 = 8 watts, then that puts me at 4 volts. Every .5 volts equals 2 more watts, so add .3 volts to 4 volts and 4.3 volts should give me around 9 watts.

Lets see....4.3*4.3/2 = 9.25 watts.... TaaDaaa!!!!!!

Makes transitioning from VW to VV much easier.
