A vision eternity broke off in my provari mini. Unfortunately, it was a clean break with no uneven or sharp edges to grasp. Someone had advised using a paper towel and stuffing it in to the opening and turning to get the piece out. That did clean the tip of the battery very well, but was a no go with respect to removing the part. I tried tying a rubber band around the towel, inserting it and then turning. No go. But, guess what? The eraser end of a pencil covered with the rubber band fits perfectly and just tightly enough. It came right out. I am so proud of myself ( hehe) and figured others might have experienced the same problem. Believe me, if I can do it, it will have to work for everyone!
