I can totally relate to OP. What I did is try a gillizon different juices to discover what I liked. With that (sweet tobacco) I built a flavor profile and now blend 1000ml at a time of my ADV. View attachment 305306
With the $$ $aved I've been able to invest my cigarette monies into something I can really appreciate. View attachment 305307
DIY, you should try it sometime.

Great idea! What I need is a DIY helper to try my two favorites and help me find out how to DIY them.

Excellent collection BTW:)

I'm not suggesting them (because you've probably already tried them) but have you been able to find any vendors like Virgin Vapor who (I believe) use essential distracts of some sort rather than synthetic flavors? I'm curious if, as a super taster, they tasted as bad, or if part of the problem is that as a super taster, you're always going to taste synthetic. What happens when you taste something that's based on non-synthetic flavoring? I'm not sure if there's 100% non-synth out there, but still-- wanted to ask your experiences :)

Yeah, I've tried Virgin Vapor, alien, Dripeez... pretty much all of the organic vendors, nothing has worked. Still either too perfumey or more often soapy with the high VG content.

Congrats! You are where I want to end up (but I'm really new, so not even close, yet). I want to find a handful of juices (from 2-3 vendors) that make me happy and then I stop the quest.

But I do want more than one -- because I don't want to start a new quest the day my chosen vendor closes up shop. ;)

Keep at it! Hopefully you are not as sensitive as I am and the search won't be as hard. Good idea to have more than one vendor for sure. My last peach menthol vendor closed up and I was in a panic until I found the chemist at a new vendor lol.

WTA is the whole tobacco alkaloid type liquid BTW. I've bought an assorted lot of juices on the classifieds here (worked out well since I entirely supply 2 other vapers...some for them, some for me!!)...it seems the juice lots sell pretty quick. Lotsa folk buy try and don't like, or buy then change nic levels, and it's a fun way to try a variety at once. Gets you some money to re-invest or ...?

...BTW, what is WTA?
WTA is whole tobacco alkaloids, or more properly, a full alkaloid tobacco extraction.
Thanks for the info, sounds like the liquid is a tobacco flavor only is that correct?
No sir. It is 100% tobacco alkaloids. What this means is the e-liquid contains all of tobacco's alkaloids, not just nicotine.
Nicotine is the major alkaloid, and is about 95% of the alkaloids found in tobacco. WTA gets the other 5% of the minor alkaloids.
WTA, when properly extracted, has only the faintest taste. In my opinion Aroma Ejuice makes the best WTA, though there are two other WTA vendors.

Have you ever gotten the feeling there was something missing from e-juice? Then you were probably missing the alkaloids. If you want to order from another vendor one last time, I highly recommend Menthol P-38 WTA from Aroma. P38 Menthol WTA ECigarette Refill infused with Whole Tobacco Alkaloid They make the menthol crystals in-house, and also the nicotine/WTA as well. It's the cleanest, strongest menthol vape I've ever had.

Edit: It's also the only e-liquid that they offer with a risk-free guarantee. If you don't like it, they will buy it back from you.

Have you tried Mister Eliquid menthol? I would never smoke anything other than VA Slims Menthol, full flavor. Love Mr. E's full flavor menthol..no mint. I added it to other flavors and then discovered their Ice Line. Yum and good menthol...no mint.

Tracey

Yes, tried two Ice liquids from them. The flavor was very weak... I haven't tried their straight menthol though.

I've had both the Absolute Pin and the Queenside. They're incredible. Here's their sampler, $24 for 5ml of each of their flavors: https://fivepawns.com/shop/sample-pack/

I haven't tried Five Pawns or Standard, mainly because the more complex the liquid the more perfumey and unvapeable it is to me and the liquids from both of them sound like pretty complex blends.

i remember the days of having to find the right flavor to vape.
i remember the money spent in search of the perfect mod,
i remember the hours spent learning to make a coil.
then i had to restart . each device changed my fav flavor and in some device case's each setting either voltage or watt also change it.

take the advice given don't go search for something to replace what works.

I bought "curious Jorge" and "Cell Block 4" from the standard vape. They tasted kind of perfumee to me too. But I read somewhere that juices which use alcohol will taste perfumee. Letting them steep by leaving the cap off for a few nights will let the alcohol evaporate, and minimize the perfumee taste. If you still have any liquids that tasted perfumee to you, try that.

I haven't found a liquid yet that I found terrible at first vape that has improved with steeping. I have let some liquids sit for weeks with no improvement.
