Hello all. I wasn't sure if this this post should go here, however it is V4L stuff and you all are so helpful! Although I don't have an enourmous amount of posts, I know y'all better than u think;)!I read alot.
First question. My automatic passthru won't work: it did for a few days, 4 total. I tried different usb ports and cleaning it, as well as different carts. I really liked this piece of equipment, so any help is appreciated.
Second thing: The pcc. I did open a support ticket for this. The pcc doesn't always work. Sometimes the battery indicator light goes from red, as it should when it is charging, to blinking slowly when it is done charging, and sometimes this doesn't happen after an entire day. It just stays solid red. This happens with both of my batteries, as well as a third diamond batt. It ALWAYS stays solid red and never blinks with the diamond batt. I can put a fully charged batt on it and it stays solid red as well.
Third issue: One of the batts I received would not allow me to screw on the carts. I opened a ticket for support, and they told me to sand the threads, which I did.The carts fit, however, there is alot of sucking and very little vapor going on, much harder to get anything out of it as compared to the other 2 batts. Should I sand it more? I am sorry this is long, but wanted to give as much detail as possible. I would really appreciate any help with this!

These all seemed to be "Post" related problems, check the "Fixing Cartomizer & Battery" tutorial video Sticky at the top of the main page. To attempt this on your passthrough, make sure it is unplugged from the USB port first.

In either case Customer Service will take care of you. If they send out replacements, without requiring a return and you may want to attempt a fix during the interim this video will help.

You did great on your sanding down your threads by the way!

Hello again all. I wanted to update and give my thanks to you guys.
Keyzy, you are truly a sweetheart, and you are always around, too. It's like havin a mom all the time, lol!
Starsong, I hear ya.. my husband said the same thing..but I hate "giving up"...but ur right.
Wader2k, I did open a ticket, and I did the sanding thing like Rob W. said in the reply, but I'm still having to suck alot harder on it than on my other two batts b4 anything happens. I did the post adjustment ( as shown in that great video tutorial by Snow ), but it still is not right. It has to be a connection thing, right? AArgh!
Thanks Joyce!
Snow, your video is great...love the pig... like the car better.

Hey Bella!
Yeah, they sound like post/connection issues....but being that these are Auto's there is the possibility of a goofy switch or airflow problem. Auto's can be sensitive to airflow issues and the switch itself can be wonky. I prefer Manuals myself...less sensitive to this kind of thing and easier to troubleshoot too! I like a stiffer draw, so I always find myself covering the holes when I take a puff<grin>.

Bottom line....customer service should get you squared away lickety split!!

Thank you for responding! The customer service I have seen and heard about on this site from you and your company is the reason I chose to order from you in the first place. I hope you never lose that. I placed another order for a manual battery, btw ;). I think at some point I want to drip here and there, at least when I am home. Manual may be the way for me to go. I trust your company will fix or try to help me fix whatever the issue is. That is exactly why I placed another order.
