Sounds like settled business Fran.

Well I might not be able to get a Mini like i want, just added 2 batteries and the price is getting to the point where my wife will beat my ....

I looked in the clearance section and they have Blemished Satin silver 2.0 for $140 and they have a Satin Blue 2.0 for $135. Both of these are the original design. Not sure how keen I am on the satin Blue (it is growing on me a bit) but I could always buy a wrap for it later down the road.

Is the difference between a 2.0 and 2.5 provari big enough to make me hold off or is it not that big of a deal?

Well in a few hours I will get the birthday Cash, and I will see what kinda mood my wife is in as well.

Don't hold out for a V2. It's a Provari either way. As GT said, it's just a cosmetic change. And there is nothing wrong with the Satin Blue either. Many of us got blems (including me) and are still trying to find the blem.

Happy birthday!

Thanks! I think what I am going to do is get the Blue satin original design for $135 add 2 batteries to it, and down the road get a wrap for it. My wife saw the skull wrap that they have and said "That screams you go on and get it" and for the next month she said I have to live off Ramen noodles LOL.

It's still a deal when you consider the cost of analogs.

I currently have a Provari, eVic, ZMax Mini and some ego sticks.

My Provari is, ultimately, my preferred device. The eVic is a great device, but I like the solid feel of the Provari. It's so well built that you can't beat that.

Having said that, I really do like the VW of the eVic. The menus are different, but they are both adaptable. I do like the ease of changing the wattage on the eVic, but I also hit it on accident sometimes.

My Zmax mini is a great vape and I truly love it. I HATE the fussy menu system though. LOL

Ultimately, I'd get the Provari if it's what you really want. It's a great device and my favorite.

How many pairs of shoes does she own?

I can't play that card with her, She only owns like 3 pair, that includes the pair I bought her yesterday because her other pair is falling apart....My wife doesn't like shopping for shoes and clothes...Yeah I got me a keeper!!

Yeah, I'm not a Provari snob, and I think they cost too darn much, but if you buy one, you'll forget that fact pretty quickly. There are plenty of other fine devices out there, but if I could only have one, it would be the Provari.
I agree with gthompson. He's been around a while so listen. IMO

about the computer tweeking on the evic.....I hooked it up to the comp once. you can do the exact setting changes on the device. the only added benefit is the charts if you want to see how many puffs you take over a given period of time. either by device or comp. you scroll thru the settings in a couple of minutes then done. Don't make a decision based on this feature!
