Read and watch some video's on using carto tanks. Look at the ohm's on the cartos and that will give you some guidance and were to set the voltage at. You will still want to play around a bit to find the exact voltage you want but the guidelines will get you in the ball park.

I at first flooded cartos using a tank but quickly learned how to never have that happen again.

You are starting out where I ended up on the hardware side of things.

I like using the Provari with Carto Tanks so much I don't want to try anything else. I had a grave yard of items I didn't use anymore and gave them away. Some might prefer other things but I am happy where I am at now.

Once you know how to use them I think what will happen next is you fill find the juices and nic levels that suit you. There will be flavors you like and some you might hate. What seems like the same flavor based on the name will not always taste the same from another brand. A lot of personal taste on this one.

YouTube is your friend!!! Watch some vids on how the provari works and how to use it and how to full cartos. There's many methods of doing it ( I use the'condom method).
Level 2 and 3 most likely refer the the ohms or resistance levels. There are vids and articles to explain it.
A site I like to suggest I'd tasteyourjuice.com it has all sorts of info and vids and well organized for new comers.

If you can describe, tell us what is on the packaging, or show pictures of the other items the people out here can tell you what you have. Then you will know where to search on using what you have right now. I have a feeling your biggest purchases will be juice. Sounds like your are well set on hardware.

Personally I find I need time to adjust to gaping from smoking having being a long time vapour then quitting all together the leading up to me smoking again and starting vaping I have found my provari far to strong so I am staggering how I smoke a cigarette here a Vape after instead of a smoke eventually cutting down on smoking and replacing it with vaping which is working unlike any other method of quitting I find it doesn't matter so much if I have the occasional cigarette because once you get used to vaping you will realise how bad they really are

That is a great start. I am assuming the carto's are punched?

Those juices are very strong.

Don't be afraid to try juices you think you might not like. When I first started I tried juices that sounded great and it turns out the ones I didn't like the sound of I really like. I started with the tobacco flavors and they did get me off of analogs but I started to find I liked premium bakery and premium fruit flavors much more. I think the search for the flavors you like is the longest part of the journey.

Try it before you cut it. a) you're still a smoker and 12mg could easily be way too light for you and b) cutting it like that not only dilutes the nic, it also dilutes the flavor.

I was smoking 2 packs of backwoods cigars a day and went with the 12mg strength from the start about a month ago. Worked perfectly

I have a provari mini and its the cats meow. i also have a vmax and i like it but it feels cheap..the mini it tough and fixable with the warranty. learn how to use it get some drippin attys. for healths sake give up the smokes you will feel better plus vapin is fun

This. I ran into this problem quickly, seemed like no matter how much I vaped I wouldn't get a satisfying level of nicotine and would end up wanting a cigarette. Now I just have the "habit" of the analogs to fight, not the habit + not having enough nicotine. Makes dropping the analogs much more achievable.

Well sounds like you have a nice setup, don't forget to vape properly.. suck it into your mouth then into your lungs not directly into your lungs and drink lots of water to keep hydrated. Also drink lots of water and also drink lots of water.

Awesome Brother!! What a great gift! He did get you the best to help you quit smoking. I got my first Provari a month ago and just ordered my 2nd one today.
I've been vaping now for 4 and 1/2 months. I love it! I smoked for 21+ years a PAD and never wanted to quit smoking, never tried. Vaping is different from smoking, but once you get used to it, you'll love it! No smell (and once you quit your sense of smell will get better and you'll realize how stinky analogs are), no ashes or butts. I feel better health wise too. Apparently, and I didn't notice but I guess I used to cough a lot, not anymore.
When I started vaping I had 23 cigarettes still in my possession, after a couple of days, I smoked the last 3 in the pack, then hung onto the unopened pack for 2 weeks before I finally gave them away!
And wait til you start trying a bunch of different flavors!! Experiment!! I started out being adamant that it had to taste like tobacco, then I tried fruit flavors and haven't looked back since!!
So my advice to you is, keep trying to quit the analogs and give vaping a chance! Once you make the transition, you'll love it!
