I have a quick question.

So I just picked up a Lavatube 2.5 a couple of days ago. Really enjoying how it performs. I wasn't really wanting a tube shaped mod, but the warranty was a deciding factor, as my iTaste VTR crapped out on me after only five months.

Anyway, now for my question. Is it normal for the 510 thread connection to be slightly out of square? I noticed that all of my tanks sit slightly askew on it.

Small aesthetic issue aside, I'm really enjoying this mod and hope it lasts a long time.

Sometimes when the manufacturers machines are making the device and the connection plate is being stamped into place, they can be a little off center from time to time. This does not affect performance and should you ever find that it does, please contact our customer service department and they will be able to get you taken care of right away. When we do see this, they are generally just a tad off center and not extremely crooked or lopsided... they just are not 100% straight. If yours is more than just slightly off center, please feel free to contact our customer service department and they would be more than happy to look at it for you.

It's all good. Just a little askew. Like my sense of humor. In all seriousness though, my device performs better than expected. I'll be on the lookout for you to make a box mod.
