I have burnt my E cig.....

I have twice tonight picked up my 901 and tried to light it.

Please tell me I'm not the only one.....

First time in almost a fortnight....
And I actually burnt the end,

But this is the first time I have not had a rolly in the evening.
Tonight is my first vape only nite.....

Last night I almost managed it,vaped most of the evening,but had such problems sleeping!

I was wondering,Nicot INE...Amphetam INE,code INE.
Anything with an INE on the end is a stimulant?

So,Is nicotine classed as one too?

Is that why I lay awake last night,unable to sleep after vaping instead of smoking?

Input greatly appreciated.

You might have vaped too much nicotine Zola, that can keep you awake or cause disturbed sleep.

I'm gonna have to work this out arn't I,how much nicotine to vape versus nicotine liquid....

Was a 30 a day rolly smoker,skinny rollys...

But I know where the threads are so I will take a look and recap.

Have tried the high carts that came with my 901,wasn't too impressed.So bought the sample pack of JC from E cig,fell in love with the strawberry,and ordered 24 mg from Jason.
Came yesterday morning...And I been vaping it ever since cos it tastes so good....
Maybe it's too high...Maybe I need to dilute?
Again,I will look back.I remember seeing threads about this somewhere else...
It's hard isn't it...When you first get your device it's hard to suss out whether you are taking in more nicotine than before!
But I will learn no doubt....

I've picked up a lighter a number of times, but never actually lit it. I've stopped carrying a lighter in my pocket for the most part.

I try to decrease my dose at night but will use a few drops of high in the morning and during the day for nic spikes. Low at night lets me calm down and sleep better.

If you are replacing 30x rollies that's around 30-36mg per day.
