Just Ordered a Joye 510 today.

And another Question.
How long do the PCC battery last before you need to buy a new case?

Congratulations! The 510 is great. Like all of them, it takes some time to get the hang of it, so don't be discouraged if you have some difficulties at first. That's what the ECF is good for . Good luck on getting off the cigarettes, but don't beat yourself up if it doesn't happen all at once. It takes a bit of time for a some of us, and it took me almost 3 months.

Awesome news! Not sure how long the PCC will last you either, but I did find a site that sells 'em for $18 shipped so that's not bad. Keep us posted and hope you get your shipment in right quick!

Welcome, Icicle, and best of luck! As quasimod said, take it as it comes. It is incredibly exciting to start vaping and to think it is going to be the magic bullet. And it might be, but it take some time too, so be patient and enjoy the vaping!

The PCC is a Li-ion battery in of itself, and thus probably has at least 200 charges in it before its capacity to charge 4 reg batts falls off. It won't be all at once, most likely, but will taper off. By then, you may be into a larger batt mod anyway, and have the PCC in storage. Vaping often goes that direction.

Good luck on your changing to vaping instead of smoking. Remember there is a learning curve and most people don't completely quit cigarettes right at first. Don't be disappointed if it takes time.

I have had my PCC for 6 months now and it is still working.

Hello & welcome to the world of e-ciggie land. I am also new here & new to my Joye 510. I simply bought the starter kit w/out the PCC. I have only one charger & will be buying a PCC for $18.00 soon (these things seem to want to be charged often).

I have no idea how long the PCC lasts, but again, I cannot stress enough the importance of multiple chargers... This is because if you want to always have an e-ciggie handy, you will need to have one charged battery unit on hand 24/7 if you're a heavy analog smoker like I was.

Assuming that you do have two chargers (the PCC & ac adapter), you will be just fine. Good luck!
