Yes, thats right. I lost the battle against cigarettes. I just bought a pack.:(:(:(

But the war is not over... I recently made my first order to V4L and got all 11mg strength stuff. It was ok for 3 days. Then I ran out of carts. So I started dripping... and it just wasnt the same. I was vaping and vaping and vaping and vaping. Just wasnt doing it. I was going through a new cartomizer in about 1 - 2 hours. I basically bought too low of strength and not enough carts. I will tell you, that first analog after 3 days was so dam good. Not sure why. I read that 1 analog has 1-2mg of nicotine in it. So why wouldnt 11mg work???! Maybe it is all the other chemicals in them. Not sure.

But I am ordering more next week but double the amount (50 cartomizers) and at 18mg strength.

I was in the chat room earlier tonight talking about my cravings and was getting some support but I guess it wasnt enough.

I slipped.

Help me get this stupid ... nasty addiction under control!!!

When I receive my next order, we will prepare for the next battle.

Analogs may have won THIS battle, but they will not win the war!!!:grr:

You have NOT lost the battle, took me over a month of serious vaping last year to kill off the tobacco demons. I went EVERYWHERE with 12 kissbox's in my cigar case, with 6 bottles of juice. Was a real PIA, but, last oct, a few weeks back, I was on the golf course with a friend, was down to 2 kools, and realized, I enjoyed vaping better.

Let me know how we can help you, my friend.

Regards

Steve:cool:

The battle has just begun, if you want it, you will switch.

Ahhhh... Luma! It took me a month to quit the analogs completely and I still crave them to this minute. But I craved analogs when I smoked analogs, too. :) Just keep doing what you can do. And tossing that cig after a few puffs is a major breakthrough.

If the 18's don't do it, try some 24's. 36s are some tough ones to take, but I had those at the start, then went down to 24 and 18s now, after one month completely off. I'm going to stick there until I feel comfortable going down to 11s. But there's no hurry for any of us to do anything other than avoid as many tobacco cigs as we can, as we can.

Some people are only able to partially replace the analogs with some vaping and that is ok, too. Of course, the greatest thing would be to just pick up the pv and forget cigs ever existed, but it's not like that for everyone. We're all different and all have to do it the way it works for us.

You'll make it, you're already making your plan of attack. Some people would just use a little difficulty as an excuse to get back on cigs completely, but you're not doing that. You're fighting, and we all have to fight this beast every single day.

Yea I must admit I slipped for a bit last couple of weeks. I ran out of carts so I bought a pack and the compromises started. Only one in the morning turned into two in the morning, then three, then a couple before bed, after meals. Before I realized it I was back up to half a pack a day plus vaping. Last Thursday I decided it was stupid to pay for both and stopped smoking for the second time. Its funny how fast the urges go away if you vape when you want to smoke and don’t think about cigs. I purposely let my mind wonder and think about work, bills, to do's etc. while vaping. For me at least, as long as I don’t think about smoking, my mind thinks vaping is smoking.
