Intention is not to bash anyone or engage in a mean-spirited discussion but I've been wondering if this has happened to you any of you too. Since you stopped smoking analogs and started experimenting with juices, what brand/flavor did you begin with that you absolutely can't stand now that's it's been "awhile" (whatever length of time that may be)....I'll start:

Pink Spot - Swagger

This popular flavor was one of the first I purchased online when I quit early last year. Yesterday, I drained the remaining liquid away. It just doesn't gel with me any longer. Tastes/preferences have...evolved?

I know what you mean. Back when I first started, I was vaping either cheesecake or banana cream pie. now, any cheesecake I try tastes like crap (it's gross now....) and the banana cream pie, some vendors who add the cream flavor make it so it tastes kind of flowery (i don't know how else to describe it...) and/or it just tastes like extremely ripe banana, which is okay but I can only last a tank or two on that if I really have to when vaping it striaght-- it's really strange. However, since about a year ago I have been vaping nothing but peanut butter flavor. I don't know why, but I am quite comfortable here ._. Hahaha

Nope... don't like the one I vaped for the first six month. I've thought about it wondering why but there's nothing to compare the phenomenon with. With food, while I might tire of something and eat it less frequently there's no way I would develop a dislike for it. But I also wouldn't be eating it or anything else for that matter every hour of my waking day. But, I do drink the same cola pretty much every hour and still like it. Weird.

I started vaping and quit smoking on Vapor Nine's North Carolina Tobacco flavor. I thought it was amazing! Now I think it's so NOT amazing! lol. I prefer popcorn and caramel DIY, and a cinnamon roll DIY nowadays. I went almot a year vaping a DIY vanilla and nothing else. lol. I go through spells and now it's the two above flavors alternating every day.

In the beginning I bought and vaped all sorts of flavors that sounded good. Few of them actually tasted enough like their name to make me buy more. I finally just settled down on some cheap, but good (to me) Dekang Tobacco. It doesn't really taste that much like tobacco, it has enough of a reminiscent flavor of an ultra light puffed lightly that it can be my daily vape. I can add Lorann's Flavorings to it and make it taste like anything I want because its inherent flavor doesn't get in the way of what I add.

How many here have drooled over someone's description of a perfect juice and then bought some only to find that it tasted ... terrible, yucky, not as advertised, or it gummed up your coil?

Some will like my Dekang and others will say its nasty. But, that's the way it is. We wander and surf and buy and discard and finally settle on something we like. You have to take the walk and try the samples to find the one you love. :)

When I first started, it was all MBV. As I grew as a vaper and started saving money, I realized there were other options out there and tried different vendors. While MBV has a definite place in the vaping community, offering the lowest prices hands down and the fastest shipping I've ever seen, IMO it is "entry level" juice. Again, some people are die-hard MBV fans, some are veterans who still dig Hawk Sauce or Thug Juice, some are noobs. But yes, to answer the OP's questions, I cannot stand MBV juices anymore. It has nothing to do with the company, but everything to do with Flavor West. I cannot vape their flavorings.

I never tried Pink Spot, but I agree that my tastes/preferences must have evolved. As I look back, I haven't re-bought any of the initial e-liquids that I started with 2 years ago. It took several months to find some that I re-purchase now along with what I DIY too!

I vaped Peppermint from Vapor 4 Life for probably 6-8 months. I was new to vaping and only used them, didn't venture off. That flavor was my absolute favorite.

Had an issue when I was on vacation with my charger breaking and my battery died. Went to a local B&M and bought a new starter kit (ego-twist) and 2 of their juices. They had a minty cream one I enjoyed for the rest of the time I was on vacation. Came back home to use my ADV peppermint. Hated it, tasted like toothpaste to me. After 1 week of switching to a new flavor I was done with it. Now the mint cream is my ADV. :?:

This. I can't do the Flavor West flavorings, and agree with the "entry level" juice analogy. I gave away all my MBV juices and have moved on to more "craft" juices. While they often cost more, in the end, I save money, because I'm buying flavors I'll actually vape and not throw away (which equates to throwing away money on juices I don't like).
