I just got my xhaler...help?

I just got my xhaler. Im using it with the 801 connector and omgwtf...no vapor?

i traded this with lm3 ( classifieds ) and i cannot get it work for ANYTHING what am i doing wrong?

so i put a carto on the 901 adapter and i get SOME vapor now..but nothing like the videos ive seen. anyone know whats going on?

were the batteries used?full charge?attys are good?if it were me i would check the voltage output from the device without an atty with a digital multimeter and if thats good i would lookin into my attys ad do the same.if you are getting vapor from a cart then it must work some what.

tried two sets of batteries
an 801 atty, 801-510 adapter with a 510 atty and a carto on the 901 threading.
i dont have a multimeter here
button looks like its making contact.

tried the batteries both ways...ima toss this thing

So, the 510 isn't working on the 801 brass tip either? LOL, don't toss it!!! Drew is probably in bed, he's getting old, lol...I'm sure you'll get it squared away.

I mostly use the 510 on the 801->510 adapter. When I use KR808's I use the 901-> 808/GreenCig adapter...it's a small tube that adds airflow. I get no vapor with my 808's directly on the 901 tip. I get more vapor from the 510 than the KR808. There were some 801's (BE112, I think) that won't work properly on the XH with the original 801 tips. Drew has these redone so they now work with all of the 801's properly. I don't use 801's much, but on the original 801 tip, I had to loosen the atty a little bit to get airflow. Try loosening it and see if you get vapor, but the best thing may be to get a new 801 tip from Drew.
Even if that's the problem, the 510 should still work on the 801 tip???
One other thing about the XH is to keep the contact point inside the tube and the end of the switch rod clean and wipe some Noalox or OxGard anti-oxidant in there....it makes the switch work flawlessly.

You should definitely clean the switch contact points. Also, make sure the batteries are not rattling around inside. If they are, *carefully* bend the spring out so there is sufficient tension to make a solid contact. These are the only things I can think of that would cause the issue/s you describe. idk what happened but it started working and omg i hold the button down for 1 second and it pretty much chokes me at 6v

major learning curve but soo sweet

Ace hardware, home depot or lowe's for the noalox. Watch the videos on drew's site for xhaler cleaning and maintenance. What color is your xhaler?

BTW, LM3 is off line temporarily.

Try grabbing a piece of med-fine grit sandpaper and take out the batteries. Remove the endcap and place the sandpaper under the button where it makes contact with the body. Press down on the button and drag it across the contact a few times. Flip over and rinse and repeat. Hope everything works out.

So glad your diggin the Xhaler Devo...After your first post I was gonna try and beat UpinVapor over to your house to go through your garbage can!!! Im sure he would of beat me there...He's much closer!!!
